Die Klasse 300 <strong>Flansch<\/strong> kann mehr Druck aushalten als die Klasse 150, da die Klasse 300 <strong>Flansch<\/strong> muss aus mehr Material bestehen, um einem h\u00f6heren Druck standzuhalten. Die Druckkapazit\u00e4t des Flansches h\u00e4ngt jedoch von vielen Faktoren ab. Die Druckstufe des <strong>Flansch<\/strong> wird in Pfund ausgedr\u00fcckt und ein Druckwert hat eine andere Darstellung. Beispielsweise bedeuten 150Lb, 150Lbs, 150# und Klasse 150 dasselbe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-examples-of-pressure-rating\">Beispiele f\u00fcr Druckwerte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Tragf\u00e4higkeit von Flanschen variiert mit der Temperatur. Mit steigender Temperatur verringert sich die Tragf\u00e4higkeit des Flansches. Beispielsweise hat der Flansch der Klasse 150 eine Druckkapazit\u00e4t von 270 PSIG bei Raumtemperatur, eine Druckkapazit\u00e4t von 180 PSIG bei 400\u2109, eine Druckkapazit\u00e4t von 150 PSIG bei 600\u2109 und eine Druckkapazit\u00e4t von 75 PSIG bei 800\u2109.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit anderen Worten: Wenn der Druck f\u00e4llt, steigt die Temperatur und umgekehrt. Ventilflansche k\u00f6nnen aus einer Vielzahl von Materialien hergestellt werden, wie z. B. Edelstahl, Gusseisen, Sph\u00e4roguss, Kohlenstoffstahl usw., jeweils mit einer anderen Druckstufe. Die folgende Abbildung zeigt ein Beispiel f\u00fcr einen Flansch in NPS12. Wie Sie sehen k\u00f6nnen, ist der Durchmesser des inneren Lochs und der Fl\u00e4che des Flansches gleich. Der Au\u00dfendurchmesser des Flansches, der Durchmesser des Mittelkreises des Bolzenlochs und der Durchmesser des Bolzenlochs nehmen jedoch mit steigendem Druck zu. Anzahl und Durchmesser der Bolzenl\u00f6cher sind: CL150 \u2013 12 x 25,4 CL300 \u2013 16 x 28,6 CL400 \u2013 16 x 34,9 CL600 \u2013 20 x 34,9 CL900 \u2013 20 x 38,1 CL1500 \u2013 16 x 54 CL2500 \u2013 12 x 73<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/20211231061304-61ce9f70d442e.jpg\" alt=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/20211231061304-61ce9f70d442e.jpg\" title=\"Einf\u00fchrung des Flanschdrucktyps\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beispiele f\u00fcr Druck-\/Temperaturbewertungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Druck-Temperatur-Bewertung bezeichnet den maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Betriebs\u00fcberdruck (Druck in Bar) des Materials und der Klasse bei der Nenntemperatur (Celsius). Die lineare Einf\u00fcgungsmethode kann zur Bestimmung der Zwischentemperatur verwendet werden, aber eine Einf\u00fcgung zwischen Flanschebenen ist nicht zul\u00e4ssig. Flanschverbindungen k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr Druck-Temperatur-Bewertungen geeignet sein, wenn die Schrauben und Dichtungen der Flanschverbindungen die relevanten Einschr\u00e4nkungen erf\u00fcllen und die Ausrichtung und Montage der Flanschverbindungen den Normen entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die dem Nenndruck entsprechende Nenntemperatur ist die Geh\u00e4usetemperatur des Druckbeh\u00e4lters des Flansches und des Flanschrohrs. Im Allgemeinen entspricht diese Temperatur der Temperatur der gespeicherten Fl\u00fcssigkeit.
