In einigen F\u00e4llen bieten etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfere Bolzenl\u00f6cher mehr Spielraum, da metrische Bolzen anstelle der von BS10 verwendeten UNC-Bolzen angegeben werden. AS4087 ist eine Aktualisierung von AS2129. AS2129 wird jedoch immer noch h\u00e4ufig verwendet und wurde daher nicht als Standard gestrichen. Allerdings deckt es jetzt nur noch die AS-Tabellen D bis H ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die in Australien in der \u00d6l-, Gas- und Bergbauindustrie am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Flanschverbindung ist derzeit die ANSI-Flanschverbindung nach ANSI B16.5. In der allgemeinen Industrie, im Handel und in der Abfall-\/Wasserwirtschaft ist jedoch die AS2129-Tischflanschverbindung am gebr\u00e4uchlichsten. In BS4504 sowie AS4331 und EN 1092-1 werden zunehmend auch Flansche mit europ\u00e4ischer PN-Bewertung angegeben. BS4504 ist mittlerweile veraltet und wird durch EN 1092 ersetzt, das in den britischen Normen als BS-EN 1092 aufgef\u00fchrt ist. EN 1092 entwickelte sich aus DIN 2501, das Teil von ISO 7005 wurde, und dann wurde EN 1092 als Standard f\u00fcr DIN-basierte Flansche geschaffen. (BS4504-Flansche entsprachen im Allgemeinen der alten DIN 2501-Spezifikation, aber der neue Standard EN 1092 deckt einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Bereich ab). EN 1092-1 gilt f\u00fcr Stahlflansche, EN 1092-2 f\u00fcr Eisenflansche, EN 1092-3 f\u00fcr Legierungsflansche und EN 1092-4 f\u00fcr Flansche aus Aluminiumlegierungen. PN steht f\u00fcr Nenndruck und entspricht ungef\u00e4hr der Anzahl Bar, d.\u00a0h. der Kaltbetriebsdruck von PN10 betr\u00e4gt 10 Bar. Die Nennwerte reichen von PN2,5 bis PN420. Der neuste australische Standard AS4331 bezieht sich auf dieses Nennsystem (PN2,5 bis PN420). AS4331 ist eine Reproduktion von ISO 7005, die auf den amerikanischen und europ\u00e4ischen Flanschsystemen PN20, PN50, PN 110, PN 150, PN 260 und PN 420 basiert. Stahlflansche sind \u201eso konstruiert, dass sie austauschbar sind\u201c mit Flanschen gem\u00e4\u00df den amerikanischen Standards ANSI\/ASME B16.5 und MSS SP44; Sie sind nicht identisch, gelten aber als mit den in ANSI\/ASME B16.5 und MSS SP44 angegebenen Abmessungen konform, soweit zutreffend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Standard AS 2129\u20132000 wurde vom gemeinsamen Ausschuss ME\/1 (Druckger\u00e4testandard) der australischen und neuseel\u00e4ndischen Standards erstellt und ersetzt AS 2129\u20131994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Standard ist das Ergebnis eines Konsenses unter den Vertretern des Gemeinsamen Ausschusses, ihn als australischen Standard zu erstellen. Konsens bedeutet allgemeine Zustimmung aller interessierten Parteien. Konsens beinhaltet den Versuch, alle Einw\u00e4nde auszur\u00e4umen und bedeutet viel mehr als das Konzept einer einfachen Mehrheit, aber nicht unbedingt Einstimmigkeit. Es ist im Einklang mit dieser Bedeutung, dass ein Mitglied in die Ausschussliste aufgenommen werden kann und dennoch nicht mit allen Klauseln dieses Standards vollst\u00e4ndig einverstanden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Norm ist abgeleitet von der britischen Zollflanschnorm BS 10:1962, Flansche und Verschraubungen f\u00fcr Rohre, Ventile und Armaturen. BS 10 wurde 1970 obsolet, wird jedoch noch immer in britischen Druckger\u00e4tenormen verwendet. Eine Umfrage der australischen Industrie aus dem Jahr 1992 ergab, dass Flansche gem\u00e4\u00df AS 2129 noch immer stark nachgefragt wurden. Daher wurde entschieden, dass AS 2129 \u00fcberarbeitet und aktualisiert werden sollte, anstatt obsolet zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es wird erwartet, dass Flansche nach AS 2129 noch mindestens 50 Jahre lang verwendet werden, insbesondere als Ersatzflansche. Die Verwendung alternativer Flansche wie AS\/NZS 4331, Metallflansche (Serie), BS 4504, Rundflansche f\u00fcr Rohre, Ventile und Armaturen (PN-Angabe), ANSI\/ASME B16.5, Rohrflansche und Flanscharmaturen und AS 4087, Metallflansche f\u00fcr Wasserwerke, sollte in Betracht gezogen werden.<br>Die wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen in dieser Ausgabe sind wie folgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>(a) Einarbeitung der \u00c4nderung Nr. 1 in die Ausgabe von 1994.<\/li><li>(b) Streichung der Tabelle C, die jetzt in AS 4087 behandelt wird.<\/li><li>(c) Aktualisierte referenzierte Dokumente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In Anmerkungen zu Tabellen und Abbildungen in zwingend vorgeschriebenen Begriffen ausgedr\u00fcckte Angaben gelten als Anforderungen dieser Norm.<br>Der Begriff \u201enormativ\u201c wird in dieser Norm verwendet, um die Anwendung der Anh\u00e4nge zu definieren. Ein \u201enormativer\u201c Anhang ist integraler Bestandteil dieser Norm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 GELTUNGSBEREICH <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Norm legt Anforderungen an runde Flansche der Nennweiten DN 15 bis einschlie\u00dflich DN 3000 und deren Verschraubungen f\u00fcr den Einsatz an Rohrleitungen, Ventilen, Armaturen und anderen druckhaltenden Ger\u00e4ten fest, die Fl\u00fcssigkeiten bei Dr\u00fccken bis zu 19.300 kPa und Temperaturen im Bereich von \u2212200 \u00b0C bis +525 \u00b0C enthalten.<br>Diese Flansche werden aus Kohlenstoffstahl, Kohlenstoff-Mangan-Stahl, legiertem Stahl, Edelstahl, Grauguss, Temperguss, Sph\u00e4roguss* oder Kupferlegierungen hergestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Norm ist anwendbar auf Flansche f\u00fcr Wasser-, Dampf- und Druckluftanlagen, Chemie- und Erd\u00f6lanlagen, Hydraulikleitungen und \u00fcberall dort, wo andere Normen die Einhaltung dieser Norm erfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Norm gilt nicht f\u00fcr Flansche f\u00fcr Wasser oder Abwasser, die in AS 4087 behandelt werden.<br>Die Flansche R, S und T gelten als veraltet und werden nicht f\u00fcr die Verwendung in neuen Ger\u00e4ten empfohlen. Sie werden f\u00fcr die Wartung vorhandener Ger\u00e4te beibehalten, von denen eine lange Lebensdauer erwartet wird. Bei neuen Ger\u00e4ten sollten die Flansche R, S und T durch Flansche gem\u00e4\u00df AS\/NZS 4331, Teile 1 bis 3, ANSI B16.5 oder BS 4504 (Serie) ersetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Geschichte der AS 2129-Flansche (und ihres Vorg\u00e4ngers BS 10) und die zuk\u00fcnftige Verwendung dieser Flansche werden im Vorwort beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 ZIEL <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ziel dieser Norm besteht darin, Herstellern und Anwendern Orientierungshilfen zu Werkstoffen, Fertigungsanforderungen und Abmessungen runder Flansche f\u00fcr den Einsatz mit vorhandenen oder neuen Ger\u00e4ten zu bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3 ANWENDUNG<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3.1 Flansche Flansche m\u00fcssen den einschl\u00e4gigen Anforderungen dieses Abschnitts und, soweit zutreffend, den spezifischen Anforderungen der folgenden Abschnitte entsprechen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Abschnitt 2 \u2013 Temperatur-\/Druckwerte.<\/li><li>Abschnitt 3 \u2013 Materialien.<\/li><li>Abschnitt 4 \u2013 Herstellungsanforderungen und Abmessungen.<\/li><li>Abschnitt 5 \u2013 Kennzeichnung und Materialzertifikate.<\/li><li>Abschnitt 6 \u2013 Abmessungen der Flansche.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3.2 Verschraubung Die Verschraubung von Flanschen muss den Anforderungen in Anhang A entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3.3 Montage Die Montage von Flanschverbindungen muss den Anforderungen in Anhang B entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4 REFERENZIERTE DOKUMENTE
