Durch seine Zusammenarbeit mit der Internationalen Organisation f\u00fcr Normung (ISO) und der Internationalen Elektrotechnischen Kommission (IEC) ist das JISC auch f\u00fcr Japans wachsenden Beitrag zur Festlegung internationaler Normen verantwortlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJIS\u201c steht f\u00fcr Japanese Industrial Standard und wird von der Japanese Standards Association (JSA) ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die in den USA dem ANSI entspricht. Sie werden vom Committee of the Japanese Industrial Standards (JISC) erstellt und aktualisiert. Wie JSA und ANSI \u00e4hnelt JISC der American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Einf\u00fchrung des JIS-Standardflansches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flansch ist ein allgemeiner Begriff f\u00fcr Elemente, die Rohre, Ventile, Pumpen und andere Ger\u00e4te verbinden, um ein Rohrleitungssystem zu bilden. Einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorteile von Flanschen besteht darin, dass sie einen sehr einfachen Zugang zum Reinigen, Pr\u00fcfen oder Modifizieren des Systems bieten. Ein JIS10K-Flansch ist ein Aufsteckflansch. Er unterscheidet sich von anderen Flanscharten, wie etwa Vorschwei\u00dfflanschen oder \u00dcberlappflanschen. Der JIS10K-Flansch ist ein Aufsteckflansch, der dem Standard JIS, dem japanischen Industriestandard, entspricht. Insbesondere wird der verwendete JIS10K-Flansch nach dem Standard JIS B2220 hergestellt. Das Wort 10K kommt daher, dass der JIS10K-Flansch so hergestellt wurde, dass er einem Druck von 10 kg\/cm\u00b2 standh\u00e4lt. Dies alles entspricht dem Standard JIS B2220, der vom japanischen Industriestandard erstellt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Hauptmerkmale des JIS-Standardflansches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der JIS 10K-Flansch ist in mehreren verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich. Das bedeutet, dass er sich perfekt f\u00fcr den Einsatz in vielen verschiedenen Situationen eignet, von kleinen bis hin zu sehr gro\u00dfen Systemen. Der angebotene Gr\u00f6\u00dfenbereich reicht von 3\/8 Zoll bis 8 Zoll. Die JIS10K-Flansche wurden gem\u00e4\u00df den Konstruktionsstandards JIS B2220 hergestellt und k\u00f6nnen bei Dr\u00fccken bis zu den von JIS festgelegten Standards arbeiten. Diese Flansche werden in China hergestellt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind die zur Herstellung der Flansche verwendeten Materialien erstklassig, was die Langlebigkeit und Festigkeit des Flansches gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der zur Herstellung dieser Flansche verwendete Stahl war SS400-Stahl und Edelstahl, G\u00fcteklasse 316. Der SS400-Stahl ist ein warmgewalzter Stahl, der aus Kohlenstoff, Silizium, Schwefel (max. 0,050 Prozent), Phosphor (max. 0,050 Prozent), Eisen und Mangan besteht. Edelstahl SS316 hingegen besteht aus Kohlenstoff (max. 0,08 Prozent), Phosphor (max. 0,045 Prozent), Schwefel (max. 0,030 Prozent), Silizium (max. 0,75 Prozent), Chrom (max. 16,00 Prozent), Stickstoff (10,00 Prozent), Mangan (max. 2,00 Prozent) und Molybd\u00e4n (2,00 Prozent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Anwendungen des JIS-Standardflansches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flansche werden haupts\u00e4chlich zum Verbinden von Rohren oder zum Befestigen eines Rohrs an einem anderen Bauteil verwendet. Blindflansche werden verwendet, um das Ende eines Rohrs zu verschlie\u00dfen, sodass der Durchfluss an der Stelle der Blindflanschinstallation gestoppt wird. Da f\u00fcr die Installation nur zwei Flansche zusammengeschraubt werden m\u00fcssen, k\u00f6nnen die mit Flanschen verbundenen Rohre auch leicht auseinandergenommen werden. Flansche werden am h\u00e4ufigsten in Sanit\u00e4r- oder Rohrleitungssystemen verwendet, beispielsweise in Waschbecken im Haus, in Rohrleitungssystemen f\u00fcr Duschen und auch f\u00fcr Toiletten. In der Fertigungsindustrie werden Flansche auch h\u00e4ufig in Rohrleitungssystemen verwendet, bei denen ein erheblicher Druck herrscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Aufsteckflansch mit flacher Fl\u00e4che:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufsteckflansche sind die beliebtesten Rohrflansche, die zum Einf\u00fchren von Rohren in Bohrl\u00f6cher verwendet werden. Der Aufsteckflansch ist eine praktische M\u00f6glichkeit, den Hals anzuschwei\u00dfen. Er kann die L\u00e4nge des entsprechenden Rohrs \u00e4ndern. Dieser Raum erm\u00f6glicht Personen, die am Flansch arbeiten, einen einfachen Zugang zum Anschluss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Flanschkonstruktion ist bei Niederdruckbaugruppen \u00fcblicher und wird weniger verwendet, wenn ein Einsatz mit hoher Beanspruchung eine bessere Verbindung zur Rohrleitungsbaugruppe erfordert. Dies liegt daran, dass ein Aufsteckflansch ein Rohr mit einer Kehlnahtverbindung aufnimmt. Ein Vorschwei\u00dfflansch hingegen hat eine verst\u00e4rkte Nabe am Geh\u00e4use, die ein abgeschr\u00e4gtes Schwei\u00dfende erzeugt, das direkt mit der Stumpfschwei\u00dfverbindung des Rohrendes verbunden ist. Die konische Nabe bietet eine bessere Leistung in Umgebungen mit mechanischer Beanspruchung. Im Vergleich zu den Kosten eines Standardflansches sind die Materialkosten bei Aufsteckflanschen geringer.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Unterschiede zwischen Flanschen mit flacher Dichtfl\u00e4che und Flanschen mit erh\u00f6hter Dichtfl\u00e4che:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Hauptunterschied zwischen Flachflanschen und Flanschen mit erh\u00f6hter Dichtfl\u00e4che besteht in der erh\u00f6hten Fl\u00e4che, die die Rohrbohrung umgibt, w\u00e4hrend dies bei Flachflanschen nicht der Fall ist. Ein Flachflansch kann nicht mit einem Flansch mit erh\u00f6hter Dichtfl\u00e4che verbunden werden, da dies zu Undichtigkeiten f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flachflansche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flachflansche haben eine Oberfl\u00e4che, die dieselbe H\u00f6he und Dicke hat wie die Verschraubungslinie des Flansches. Einige Flanschmaterialien werden leicht besch\u00e4digt, w\u00e4hrend Flachflansche dieses Problem l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blindflansche\u200b\u200b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Blindflansch ist eine runde Platte mit einem Bolzenloch und einer festen Oberfl\u00e4che, die zum Abdichten einer Rohrleitung oder zum Erzeugen eines Enddurchflusses verwendet wird. Der Blindflansch wird zwischen zwei offenen Flanschen platziert, um den Fl\u00fcssigkeitsfluss durch eine Rohrleitung zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blindflansche sind in der Regel bei Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten an Rohrleitungen unverzichtbar, da der Durchfluss in der Rohrleitung f\u00fcr Wartungsarbeiten gestoppt werden muss, das n\u00e4chste Ventil jedoch m\u00f6glicherweise Kilometer von der Reparaturstelle entfernt ist. Daher ist die Installation eines Blindflansches an einer Rohrleitung weitaus kosteng\u00fcnstiger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Installation von Flanschen:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die allgemeine Vorgehensweise beim Installieren von Flanschen besteht darin, ein Rohr hindurchzuf\u00fchren und es mit einem Paar m\u00e4nnlicher und weiblicher Flansche zu verschlie\u00dfen. In der Mitte befindet sich eine Dichtung, um Leckagen vorzubeugen und eine bessere Abdichtung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dies wird als Flanschverbindung bezeichnet. Die Verwendung eines Flansches hat jedoch einige Nachteile. Einer davon ist, dass er in einer geraden Linie verlaufen muss, und ein geflanschtes Rohrsystem ben\u00f6tigt mehr Platz als der Rohrradius, um zu funktionieren, was die Stellen, an denen es wirksam ist, einschr\u00e4nken kann. Diese Nachteile werden jedoch durch die Vorteile bei weitem aufgewogen. Flansche k\u00f6nnen mit fortschrittlichen Schwei\u00dfverfahren mit Rohrleitungen in das System eingef\u00fcgt werden, was leicht Kosten und Zeit spart. Das Zusammenf\u00fcgen eines Flanschverbindungsrohrs bedeutet auch, dass das System selbst flexibler ist und leicht neu konfiguriert oder bewegt werden kann, ohne dass einige Teile abgewickelt werden m\u00fcssen. Angesichts des Drucks, dem die Flansche t\u00e4glich standhalten m\u00fcssen, ist das Risiko von Leckagen offensichtlich.
