Manuelle Ventile m\u00fcssen von einem Bediener positioniert werden, um eine Prozessvariable zu steuern. Ventile, die ferngesteuert und automatisch bedient werden m\u00fcssen, erfordern spezielle Ger\u00e4te, um sie zu bewegen. Diese Ger\u00e4te werden als Aktuatoren bezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktuatoren k\u00f6nnen pneumatische, hydraulische oder elektrische Magnetspulen oder Motoren sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membranantriebe werden pneumatisch betrieben und nutzen eine Luftzufuhr vom Steuersystem oder anderen Quellen. Membranantriebe werden normalerweise f\u00fcr Steuerventile verwendet, eine Art Durchgangsventil, das typischerweise zur Regulierung der Fl\u00fcssigkeit verwendet wird, um einige Prozessvariablen wie Druck, Temperatur oder Durchflussrate anzupassen. Membranantriebe werden in allen Bereichen der \u00d6l- und Gasindustrie au\u00dfer unter Wasser eingesetzt. Die g\u00e4ngigsten Arten von Membranantrieben sind als \u201edirektwirkend\u201c und \u201eumgekehrtwirkend\u201c bekannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pneumatische Membranantriebe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein vereinfachtes Diagramm eines pneumatischen Antriebs. Er arbeitet mit einer Kombination aus Luft- und Federkraft. Der Antrieb positioniert ein Steuerventil, indem er seine Bewegung durch den Schaft \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Gummimembran trennt das Antriebsgeh\u00e4use in zwei Luftkammern. Die obere Kammer erh\u00e4lt Zuluft durch eine \u00d6ffnung oben im Geh\u00e4use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die untere Kammer enth\u00e4lt eine Feder, die die Membran gegen mechanische Anschl\u00e4ge in der oberen Kammer dr\u00fcckt. Schlie\u00dflich ist eine lokale Anzeige mit dem Schaft verbunden, um die Position des Ventils anzuzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Position des Ventils wird durch den unterschiedlichen Luftdruck in der oberen Kammer gesteuert. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer unterschiedlichen Kraft auf der Oberseite der Membran. Wenn zun\u00e4chst keine Luftzufuhr erfolgt, dr\u00fcckt die Feder die Membran nach oben gegen die mechanischen Anschl\u00e4ge und h\u00e4lt das Ventil vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Druck der Versorgungsluft von Null an ansteigt, beginnt die Kraft auf die Membran die Gegenkraft der Feder zu \u00fcberwinden. Dadurch bewegt sich die Membran nach unten und das Steuerventil schlie\u00dft sich. Bei steigendem Luftdruck bewegt sich die Membran weiter nach unten und dr\u00fcckt die Feder zusammen, bis das Steuerventil vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umgekehrt beginnt die Feder bei verringertem Versorgungsluftdruck, die Membran nach oben zu dr\u00fccken und das Steuerventil zu \u00f6ffnen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird das Ventil in eine Zwischenposition gebracht, wenn der Versorgungsluftdruck konstant auf einem Wert zwischen Null und Maximum gehalten wird. Daher kann das Ventil als Reaktion auf \u00c4nderungen des Versorgungsluftdrucks \u00fcberall zwischen vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnet und vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossen positioniert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Stellungsregler ist ein Ger\u00e4t, das die Luftdruckzufuhr zu einem pneumatischen Antrieb regelt. Dies geschieht durch Vergleichen der gew\u00fcnschten Stellung des Antriebs mit der tats\u00e4chlichen Stellung des Steuerventils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gew\u00fcnschte Position wird durch ein pneumatisches oder elektrisches Steuersignal von einem Regler an den Stellungsregler \u00fcbermittelt. Der pneumatische Antrieb aus Abbildung 1 ist in Abbildung 2 mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Regler und Stellungsregler dargestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Regler erzeugt ein Ausgangssignal, das die gew\u00fcnschte Position darstellt. Dieses Signal wird an den Stellungsregler gesendet. Extern besteht der Stellungsregler aus einem Eingangsanschluss f\u00fcr das Steuersignal (4-20 mA), einem Eingangsanschluss f\u00fcr die Instrumentenzuluft, einem Ausgangsanschluss f\u00fcr die Zuluft, einem Anschluss f\u00fcr die Zuluftentl\u00fcftung und einer R\u00fcckmeldeverbindung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Inneren enth\u00e4lt es ein komplexes Netzwerk aus elektrischen Wandlern, Luftleitungen, Ventilen, Verbindungen und notwendigen Einstellungen. Andere Stellungsregler k\u00f6nnen auch Steuerelemente f\u00fcr die lokale Ventilpositionierung und Messger\u00e4te zur Anzeige des Versorgungsluftdrucks und des Steuerluftdrucks (f\u00fcr pneumatische Regler \u2013 alte Steuermethoden) enthalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Regler reagiert auf eine Abweichung einer Regelgr\u00f6\u00dfe vom Sollwert und variiert das Regelausgangssignal entsprechend, um die Abweichung zu korrigieren. Das Regelausgangssignal wird an den Stellungsregler gesendet, der darauf reagiert, indem er die Luftzufuhr zum Stellantrieb erh\u00f6ht oder verringert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Positionierung des Stellantriebs und des Regelventils wird \u00fcber die R\u00fcckkopplungsverbindung an den Stellungsregler zur\u00fcckgemeldet. Wenn das Ventil die vom Regler geforderte Position erreicht hat, stoppt der Stellungsregler die \u00c4nderung des Versorgungsluftdrucks und h\u00e4lt das Ventil in der neuen Position. Dies wiederum korrigiert die Abweichung der Regelgr\u00f6\u00dfe vom Sollwert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn beispielsweise das Steuersignal zunimmt, l\u00e4sst ein Ventil im Stellungsregler mehr Zuluft zum Antrieb durch. Dadurch bewegt sich das Steuerventil nach unten. Die Verbindung \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt die Informationen zur Ventilposition zur\u00fcck an den Stellungsregler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dadurch entsteht eine kleine interne R\u00fcckkopplungsschleife f\u00fcr den Aktuator. Wenn das Ventil die Position erreicht, die dem Steuersignal entspricht, stoppt die Verbindung die Luftzufuhr zum Aktuator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies f\u00fchrt dazu, dass der Aktuator anh\u00e4lt. Wenn andererseits das Steuersignal abnimmt, \u00f6ffnet sich ein anderes Ventil im Stellungsregler und erm\u00f6glicht durch Ablassen der Versorgungsluft eine Abnahme des Versorgungsluftdrucks. Dies f\u00fchrt dazu, dass sich das Ventil nach oben bewegt und \u00f6ffnet. Wenn das Ventil die richtige Position erreicht hat, stoppt der Stellungsregler die Ableitung von Luft aus dem Aktuator und stoppt die Bewegung des Steuerventils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vorteile pneumatischer Membranantriebe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Vorteile pneumatischer Antriebe liegen in ihrer Einfachheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die typischen Anwendungsgebiete pneumatischer Antriebe liegen in Bereichen mit extremen Temperaturen; ein typischer Temperaturbereich liegt zwischen -40 \u00b0F und 250 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In puncto Sicherheit und Inspektion vermeidet der Einsatz von Luft- und Pneumatikantrieben den Einsatz gef\u00e4hrlicher Stoffe. Sie erf\u00fcllen zudem die Anforderungen an Explosionsschutz und Maschinensicherheit, da sie aufgrund fehlender Motoren keine magnetischen St\u00f6rungen verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind pneumatische Antriebe leicht, erfordern nur minimale Wartung und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber langlebige Komponenten, die die Pneumatik zu einer kosteng\u00fcnstigen Antriebsmethode machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nachteile pneumatischer Membranantriebe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Druckverluste und die Kompressibilit\u00e4t der Luft machen die Pneumatik weniger effizient als andere Methoden. Kompressor- und Luftzufuhrbeschr\u00e4nkungen bedeuten, dass bei niedrigerem Druck geringere Kr\u00e4fte und langsamere Geschwindigkeiten auftreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um wirklich effizient zu sein, m\u00fcssen pneumatische Antriebe f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Aufgabe dimensioniert sein. Daher k\u00f6nnen sie nicht f\u00fcr andere Anwendungen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn die Luft leicht verf\u00fcgbar ist, kann sie durch \u00d6l oder Schmiermittel verunreinigt sein, was zu Ausfallzeiten und Wartungsaufwand f\u00fchrt.
