Dazu geh\u00f6ren Handb\u00fccher, Standards, Spezifikationen, empfohlene Verfahren, Bulletins, Richtlinien und technische Berichte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist API-zertifiziert?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>API-zertifizierte Pr\u00fcfer und Mitarbeiter werden weltweit als Fachleute anerkannt, die mit den relevanten Pr\u00fcfvorschriften und -normen der Branche bestens vertraut sind und ihre Arbeit gem\u00e4\u00df den aktuellsten und anerkanntesten Pr\u00fcfpraktiken der Branche ausf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valve-standards-defined-by-the-american-petroleum-institute-api\">Vom American Petroleum Institute (API) definierte Ventilstandards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API 6D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spezifikation f\u00fcr Rohrleitungsventile, API-Spezifikation 6D ist eine \u00dcbernahme von ISO 14313: 1999, Erd\u00f6l- und Erdgasindustrie \u2013 Rohrleitungstransportsysteme \u2013 Rohrleitungsventile. Die Norm umfasst kompakte Karbonstahlschieber mit Gewindeenden, Muffenschwei\u00dfenden, Stumpfschwei\u00dfenden und Flanschenden in den Gr\u00f6\u00dfen NPS4 und kleiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API 609<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Absperrklappen: Doppelflansch-, \u00d6sen- und Wafer-Typ. Die Norm umfasst Konstruktion, Werkstoffe, Einbauma\u00dfe, Druck- und Temperaturwerte sowie Pr\u00fcfungs-, Inspektions- und Testanforderungen f\u00fcr Absperrklappen aus Grauguss, Sph\u00e4roguss, Bronze, Stahl, Nickelbasislegierungen oder Sonderlegierungen, die in geschlossener Stellung dicht absperren und f\u00fcr die Durchflussregulierung geeignet sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API 594<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fcckschlagventile: Flansch-, \u00d6sen-, Wafer- und stumpfgeschwei\u00dfte R\u00fcckschlagventile. Der API-Standard 594 umfasst Design, Material, Baul\u00e4ngen, Druck- und Temperaturbereiche sowie Pr\u00fcfungs-, Inspektions- und Testanforderungen f\u00fcr zwei Arten von R\u00fcckschlagventilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API 598<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Hinblick auf die Inspektion und Pr\u00fcfung von Ventilen deckt die Norm die Anforderungen an Inspektion, Zusatzpr\u00fcfung und Druckpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr Schieber, Absperrventile, K\u00fckenh\u00e4hne, Kugelh\u00e4hne, R\u00fcckschlagventile und Absperrklappen mit sowohl weichdichtenden als auch metallisch dichtenden Dichtungen ab. Diese beziehen sich auf die Inspektion durch den K\u00e4ufer und auf alle Zusatzpr\u00fcfungen, die der K\u00e4ufer ggf. im Werk des Ventilherstellers verlangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API 607<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brandpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr weichdichtende Vierteldrehventile. Die Norm deckt die Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfung und Bewertung der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit von durchg\u00e4ngigen, weichdichtenden Vierteldrehventilen ab, wenn die Ventile bestimmten in dieser Norm definierten Brandbedingungen ausgesetzt sind.
