Der Abschaltdruckunterschied bei einem Winkelabstandsventil ist gro\u00df, weil die Festigkeit des im Ventilkern oder der Ventilplatte auftretenden Mediums im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Drehimpuls der rotierenden Welle extrem gering ist. Daher kann es einen gro\u00dfen Druckunterschied aushalten. Als N\u00e4chstes werde ich einige h\u00e4ufige Probleme von Edelstahl-Schieberventilen vorstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-why-does-the-stainless-steel-gate-valve-double-seat-valve-oscillate-easily-during-small-opening-tasks\">1. Warum schwingt das Edelstahl-Schieber-Doppelsitzventil bei kleinen \u00d6ffnungsvorg\u00e4ngen leicht? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einem Einzelkern weist das Ventil eine gute Stabilit\u00e4t auf, wenn das Medium vom Typ \u201eoffener Durchfluss\u201c ist; wenn das Medium vom Typ \u201egeschlossener Durchfluss\u201c ist, weist das Ventil eine schlechte Stabilit\u00e4t auf. Das Doppelsitzventil hat zwei Spulen, die untere Spule liegt im Durchflussverschluss und die obere Spule liegt in der Durchfluss\u00f6ffnung. Auf diese Weise verursacht die geschlossene Spule bei der Aufgabe eines kleinen \u00d6ffnungsgrads einfach eine Vibration des Ventils. Aus diesem Grund ist das Doppelsitzventil nicht f\u00fcr kleine \u00d6ffnungen geeignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Warum kann das Doppeldichtventil nicht als Absperrventil verwendet werden? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die St\u00e4rke der Doppelsitzventilspule ist die Struktur des Kraftungleichgewichts, das einen gro\u00dfen Druckunterschied verursacht. Und sein allgemeiner Mangel besteht darin, dass zwei geheime Buchdeckel es unm\u00f6glich machen, guten Kontakt mit derselben Stimme herzustellen, wodurch ein gro\u00dfes Leck entsteht. Wenn es k\u00fcnstlich und zwanghaft verwendet wird, um den Ort abzuschneiden, wird es offensichtlich nicht gut funktionieren. Selbst wenn viele Verbesserungen daran vorgenommen werden (z. B. doppelt abgedichtete H\u00fclsenventile), ist dies nicht machbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Warum ist die Antiblockierfunktion des Durchgangsventils schlecht? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Winkeldistanzventil hat eine gute Antiblockierfunktion. Die Spule des geraden Distanzventils ist ein vertikales Medium, und das Medium flie\u00dft hinein und hinaus. Warum ist der Ventilschaft mit geradem Schaft d\u00fcnner? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ber\u00fchrt das Prinzip der einst einfachen Maschine: Gleitkonflikte sind gro\u00df und Knochenkonflikte sind klein. Der Schaft des Durchgangsventils bewegt sich hoch und tief, und das Aggregat wird leicht um die H\u00e4lfte zusammengedr\u00fcckt und wickelt sich fest um den Schaft, was zu einem gro\u00dfen Spiel f\u00fchrt. Aus diesem Grund ist die Ventilstange extrem dick ausgelegt, und das Aggregat ist normalerweise ein Tetrafluoraggregat mit einem kleinen Kollisionskoeffizienten, und die R\u00fccklaufdifferenz wird nicht reduziert. Das daraus resultierende Problem besteht jedoch darin, dass der Ventilschaft d\u00fcnn ist, sich leicht verbiegt und die Lebensdauer des Aggregats ebenfalls kurz ist. Der beste Weg, um mit diesem Problem umzugehen, besteht darin, einen rotierenden Ventilschaft zu verwenden, bei dem es sich um ein Winkelabstandskonditionierungsventil handelt. Sein Ventilschaft ist zwei- bis dreimal dicker als ein Ventilschaft mit geradem Weg, und er verwendet Graphitaggregat mit einer langen Lebensdauer. Der Ventilschaft hat einen guten Grad und die Lebensdauer des Aggregats ist lang. Konfliktmomente sind relativ klein und die R\u00fccklaufdifferenz ist klein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Edelstahl-Schieberventilen ist auf die schwachen S\u00e4uren oder Basen im entsalzten Medium zu achten, da diese relativ aggressiv gegen\u00fcber Gummi sind. Die Erosion von Gummi \u00e4u\u00dfert sich in Schrumpfung, Alterung und geringer Festigkeit. Die mit Gummi ausgekleideten Absperrklappen und Membranventile weisen schlechte Anwendungsergebnisse auf. The sediment becomes lodged between the gate that lowers and the inside of the valve body itself. Ball-type valves do not suffer from this problem, as they operate on a different principle than a gate that raises and lowers inside of the valve body.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2>Gate Valve Stuck Closed<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nA gate valve for a property usually has to be closed if plumbing repairs or maintenance are needed inside the building. In some instances, particularly if the main control valve is a gate type valve, the valve may not close completely. In many cases a gate valve repair may be needed. But many times other remedies are available.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2>How to Open a Stuck Gate Valve?<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe typical reaction when a gate valve will not close fully is to exert additional force on the handle. Using force to close a valve is absolutely the wrong response. Brute force can cause permanent damage to the valve and a loss of water supply to the building. If sediment or mineral deposits are preventing the gate valve from closing fully, there is a more sensible first step to take than brute force.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe first step if a gate valve will not close completely\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nIf sediment or mineral deposits are preventing a gate from closing completely an attempt should be made to flush out the inside of the valve. The proper way to do this is to open a faucet on a sink inside the house so there is a flow of water. Then gently and repeatedly open and close the valve.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nIf the handle of the valve does not turn freely then loosen the packing nut just above the valve body and around the stem of the valve. Loosening it just one turn should be fine \u2013 just remember to tighten it back up when you are done. Every time you lower the gate some sediment will break free and be flushed away by the water flow. There is absolutely no harm or danger in how many times you do this as long as no excessive force is used.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2>How to Fix a Stuck Gate Valve?<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nIf the gate valve becomes jammed or stuck and remains closed, the gate valve stops operating and blocks the water from entering the water tanks. To open a stuck gate value you need to follow the steps suggested below.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Step 1: Finding the Valve\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>First, you need to find the valve. Check whether the problem is with the gate valve. A gate valve has the shape of a wedge. The water flows in a straight line in the gate valves. The flow of water is usually stopped by the valve (this acts like a gate). The gate valve does the following functions. When it opens wide, it leaves an opening for water to flow. The opening is of the same size as the pipe which is entering and leaving the valve.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Step 2: Problem Identification\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Stop the water supply in the valve which is creating the problem. Isolate the area where you are working. This is done to reduce the chances of further leaks. Check whether there are any external factors that are causing the valve to function inappropriately. Reasons may be due to excess cold or a damaged water line. Keep a bucket under the valve which is causing the problem, if it has to be removed and replaced. Some gate valves will not be opened and closed timely. This may affect the operation of the valve.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Step 3: Fixing the Valve\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A light coat of penetrating oil or 3-in-one oil is applied to the valve and excess oil is wiped off using a waste cloth or rags. The oil must get to the threads. Using the wrench or a hammer, tap the valve and see if the valve opens. On the valve handle, channel locks or an adjustable wrench may be attached. Additional leverage can be achieved by using a rag or gloves that prevent slipping while working. Work in such a way that the surface remains stable. Use a pipe wrench for support so that it does not damage the neighboring pipes. The handle is then warmed by using a hair drier.
