Einf\u00fchrung der pneumatischen&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Durchgangsventil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pneumatische Absperrventile werden h\u00e4ufig in wichtigen Systemen von Minen und Kernkraftwerken verwendet und sind wichtige Schl\u00fcsselger\u00e4te zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der sicheren Produktion von Kraftwerken. Im tats\u00e4chlichen Betrieb f\u00fchren viele Faktoren wie die Einstellung des manuellen Mechanismus, Dichtungsfehler, unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Bedienung und unzureichender Luftansaugstrom zu vielen Fehlern, die den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb des Kraftwerks gef\u00e4hrden. In diesem Artikel wird am Beispiel des von SEREG hergestellten pneumatischen Absperrventils das Funktionsprinzip eines typischen pneumatischen Absperrventils f\u00fcr Kraftwerke analysiert und die Einstellung des Neutralpunkts ausf\u00fchrlich beschrieben. Es bietet eine Grundlage f\u00fcr den Betrieb und die Fehlerbehebung des pneumatischen Absperrventils von SEREG oder \u00e4hnlicher pneumatischer Absperrventile, die im Kraftwerk verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Einf\u00fchrung in das Funktionsprinzip des pneumatischen Absperrventils\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Funktionsprinzip der pneumatischen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/de\/products\/globe-valve-check-valve\/\">Durchgangsventil<\/a>: Die meisten Ventile, die Druckluft als Energiequelle verwenden, werden ferngesteuert. It means the medium will go through from the disc downside and then out by the upside. Globe valves usually adopt a compulsory sealed design, so closing the valve offer pressure to the disc against the seat. So if you want to open the valve, the globe valve disc must overcome resistance made by stem and packing friction, medium pressure will offer adverse pressure which helps open the valve.
