Es ist beliebt aufgrund der geringen Reibung zwischen den Dichtfl\u00e4chen beim \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen, der relativen Haltbarkeit, der geringen \u00d6ffnungsh\u00f6he sowie der einfachen Herstellung und Wartung. Es ist nicht nur f\u00fcr mittleren und niedrigen Druck geeignet, sondern auch f\u00fcr hohen Druck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-working-principle-of-globe-valve\">Funktionsprinzip des Absperrventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Allgemeinen wird der Schaft des Absperrventils gedreht und angehoben, und das Handrad ist oben am Schaft befestigt. Wenn das Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird, wird das Schaftgewinde nach unten geschraubt, die Dichtfl\u00e4che der Scheibe hat engen Kontakt mit dem Ventilsitz und das Absperrventil ist geschlossen. Wenn das Ventil geschlossen ist, muss ausreichend Kraft auf die Ventilscheibe ausge\u00fcbt werden, um die Dichtungswirkung zu erzielen, und die Dichtung kann nur erreicht werden, wenn der spezifische Druck ausreichend ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichtkraft und Mediendruck liegen auf derselben Achse. Wenn das Medium vom unteren Teil der Ventilscheibe eintritt (niedriger Einlass und hoher Auslass), ist das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment des Ventils aufgrund der entgegengesetzten Richtung des Mediendrucks und der Dichtkraft gr\u00f6\u00dfer als das \u00d6ffnungsdrehmoment, und die maximale Belastung der Ventilstange ist die Druckbelastung. Daher muss ausreichende Festigkeit und Steifigkeit vorhanden sein, da sich die Ventilstange sonst verformt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Absperrventils gr\u00f6\u00dfer als DN150 (NPS 6) ist, wird das Medium daher normalerweise zum oberen Teil der Ventilscheibe geleitet, um das Betriebsdrehmoment des Ventils zu verringern und den Durchmesser des Ventilschafts zu verringern (hoch eintretend und niedrig austretend). Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist die Richtung des Mediendrucks und der Dichtkraft gleich. Unter Einwirkung des Mediendrucks kann das Ventil leichter abgedichtet werden. Das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment nimmt ab und das \u00d6ffnungsdrehmoment nimmt zu, die maximale Belastung des Ventilschafts ist die Zugspannung und der Ventilschaftdurchmesser kann entsprechend verringert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn das Absperrventil ge\u00f6ffnet wird und die \u00d6ffnungsh\u00f6he der Scheibe 25-30% der Nenngr\u00f6\u00dfe des Ventils erreicht, hat der Durchfluss das Maximum erreicht, d. h. das Ventil hat die vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnete Position erreicht. Daher sollte die vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnete Position des Absperrventils entsprechend dem Hub der Scheibe bestimmt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn das Absperrventil geschlossen und wieder ge\u00f6ffnet wird, \u00e4hnelt es dem Zwangsdichtungsschieberventil, d. h., nachdem das Ventil geschlossen wurde, muss ausreichend Betriebskraft auf die Dichtfl\u00e4che ausge\u00fcbt werden, um die Dichtwirkung zu erzielen. Daher sollte das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment des Ventils basierend auf dem Betriebsdrehmoment auf den angegebenen Wert erh\u00f6ht werden. Wenn das Ventil wieder ge\u00f6ffnet wird, ist das \u00d6ffnungsdrehmoment des Ventils aufgrund des Einflusses von Haftreibung, W\u00e4rmeausdehnung und anderen Faktoren normalerweise gr\u00f6\u00dfer als das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment. Daher kann das Ventil zuverl\u00e4ssig ge\u00f6ffnet werden, und dies sollte bei der Konstruktion ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den hohen Sto\u00dfdruck zu verringern, der beim \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen des Ventils entsteht, sollte das Absperrventil langsam bet\u00e4tigt werden, d. h., seine \u00c4nderungsrate sollte der Durchflussrate entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Betriebsdrehmoment des Absperrventils weist folgende Charakteristik auf:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eNiedrige Einlass- und hohe Auslass\u00f6ffnungen\u201c<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Einstellung \u201eniedriger Einlass und hoher Auslass\u201c wird das Ventil aus der vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffneten Position geschlossen. Der Widerstand, den die Bet\u00e4tigungskraft \u00fcberwinden muss, ist der Reibungswiderstand des Schafts und der Dichtung sowie der durch den Mediendruck auf den Scheibenabschnitt (axial) verursachte Schub. Beim Herunterfallen der Ventilscheibe entsteht ein Druckunterschied zwischen der Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite der Ventilscheibe, der ein Herunterfallen der Ventilscheibe verhindert. Der Widerstand steigt beim Herunterfallen der Ventilscheibe schnell an. Bei vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossenem Ventil \u00fcbt die Ventilstange eine erzwungene Dichtkraft aus, und der Druckunterschied zwischen der Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite der Ventilscheibe erreicht den maximalen Arbeitsdruck des Mediums. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt tr\u00e4gt die Ventilstange das maximale Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des \u00d6ffnens des Ventils ist der mittlere Druck oder der durch den Druckunterschied zwischen Vorder- und R\u00fcckseite der Scheibe verursachte Schub in der gleichen Richtung wie beim Schlie\u00dfen des Ventils. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass im Moment des \u00d6ffnens das \u00d6ffnungsdrehmoment das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment aufgrund des gro\u00dfen statischen Reibungsdrehmoments zwischen den Dichtfl\u00e4chen \u00fcberschreiten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eHohe Einlass- und niedrige Auslass\u00f6ffnungen\u201c<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Verwendung von \u201ehoher Einlass und niedriger Auslass\u201c wird das Ventil aus der vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffneten Position geschlossen. Die beiden oben genannten Kr\u00e4fte sind weiterhin erforderlich, um die Betriebskraft zu \u00fcberwinden. Mit der Abnahme der Ventilscheibe tr\u00e4gt der Druckunterschied vor und nach der Ventilscheibe dazu bei, dass das Ventil schlie\u00dft, bevor das Ventil geschlossen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim \u00d6ffnen des Ventils ist die Situation genau umgekehrt. It means the medium will go through from the disc downside and then out by the upside. So if you want to open the valve, the globe valve disc must overcome resistance made by stem and packing friction, medium pressure will offer adverse pressure which helps open the valve.
