Heute stellen wir L\u00f6sungen zur Behebung von Fehlern des Schieberventils aus Gussstahl vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drei h\u00e4ufige Fehler des Schieberventils aus Stahlguss k\u00f6nnen wie folgt behoben werden:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-crack-of-the-cast-steel-gate-valve\">1. Riss des Schiebers aus Gussstahl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Risse (oder Bodenverformungen) bei Schieberventilen aus Gussstahl treten vor allem bei Produkten mit paralleler Plattenstruktur Z944\/Z964 auf. Sie treten auf, wenn die Unterseite der Schieberplatte des Schieberventils aus Gussstahl direkt auf den Ventilk\u00f6rper trifft. Au\u00dferdem treten sie sehr leicht auf, wenn der Schlie\u00dfhub nicht eingestellt ist oder die Begrenzung aufgrund einer unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfen Inbetriebnahme des elektrischen Ventils nicht erreicht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-crack-on-the-sealing-surface-of-cast-steel-gate-valve\">2. Riss auf der Dichtfl\u00e4che des Schiebers aus Gussstahl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Risse auf der Dichtfl\u00e4che treten vor allem bei Ventilen aus Gussstahl aus legiertem Stahl auf, die oft durch ungeeignete Verfahren verursacht werden. Eine angemessene Materialauswahl und eine angemessene Kontrolle der Schwei\u00dfprozessparameter k\u00f6nnen dies vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-jam-of-cast-steel-gate-valve\">3. Blockierung des Schieberventils aus Gussstahl<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Verklemmen des Schiebers aus Gussstahl zeigt, dass der Schieber auf der F\u00fchrungsschienenseite des mittleren Hohlraums des Ventilk\u00f6rpers feststeckt oder sich sogar vom Ventilschaft l\u00f6st. Dies wird haupts\u00e4chlich durch schlechte Konstruktion und Herstellung verursacht, wie z. B. die falsche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der F\u00fchrungsschienenkontaktbreite und die raue F\u00fchrungsschienenoberfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn das Tor im Sitz des Schieberventils aus Gussstahl festsitzt und der Ventilschaft gewaltsam angehoben wird, bricht oder verformt sich die T-f\u00f6rmige Nut des Tors h\u00e4ufig, um den Faktor \u201eabnormaler Schub\u201c zu vermeiden. Der Temperaturunterschied und die Schlie\u00dfkraft sind zwei wichtige Gr\u00fcnde, auf die man achten sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt einen typischen Betriebszustand mit Temperaturunterschied. Wenn Ventile aus Gussstahl im kalten Zustand geschlossen und dann im hei\u00dfen Zustand ge\u00f6ffnet werden, erh\u00f6ht sich das Schlie\u00dfdrehmoment des Schiebers, was aufgrund der W\u00e4rmeausdehnung und Verl\u00e4ngerung des Ventilschafts zu einem Verkeilen des Schiebers f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der hei\u00dfe Zustand geschlossen und der kalte Zustand ge\u00f6ffnet wird, wird die Schrittweite aufgrund der thermischen Verformung der Ventilsitze auf beiden Seiten gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Der kalte Zustand l\u00e4sst sie schrumpfen und kleiner werden, was zu einem Verkeilen des Tors f\u00fchrt. Wenn die beiden oben genannten Zust\u00e4nde von einer engen \u201eSchlie\u00dfkraft\u201c begleitet werden.
