Im Folgenden werden die Grundlagen und das Funktionsprinzip eines pneumatischen Kugelhahns aus Aluminiumlegierung beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Ein pneumatischer Kugelhahn aus Aluminiumlegierung ist eine Weiterentwicklung eines K\u00fckenhahns. Er hat die gleiche 90-Grad-Drehfunktion, der Unterschied besteht darin, dass der K\u00fckenk\u00f6rper eine Kugel mit einem kreisf\u00f6rmigen Durchgangsloch oder -kanal durch seine Achse ist. Das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen der Kugel und der Durchgangs\u00f6ffnung sollte so sein, dass bei einer 90-Grad-Drehung der Kugel die Kugel am Einlass und Auslass vorhanden sein sollte, um den Durchfluss zu unterbrechen. Diese Art von Ventil kann an jeder beliebigen Stelle in der Rohrleitung installiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein pneumatischer Kugelhahn ist mit einem pneumatischen Antrieb ausgestattet. Der pneumatische Antrieb ist relativ schnell in der Ausf\u00fchrung, mit der schnellsten Schaltgeschwindigkeit von 0,05 s\/Zeit, daher wird er auch als pneumatischer Schnellschluss-Kugelhahn bezeichnet. Ein pneumatischer Kugelhahn ist normalerweise mit verschiedenen Zubeh\u00f6rteilen ausgestattet, wie z. B. Magnetventil, Gasquellen-Verarbeitungstriplett, Endschalter, Stellungsregler, Steuerkasten usw., um eine lokale Steuerung und eine zentrale Fernsteuerung zu erreichen, und der Hahn kann im Kontrollraum gesteuert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-working-principle-of-the-pneumatic-aluminium-alloy-ball-valve-is-as-follows\">Das Funktionsprinzip des pneumatischen Kugelhahns aus Aluminiumlegierung ist wie folgt:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Wenn der pneumatische Antrieb mit dem Schaltkreis und der Systemluftquelle verbunden ist, gelangt die Luft durch das Rohr A oder B in den Zylinder A (Zylinder B), um den Kolben zu einem Ende hin zu bewegen und so die Drehwelle und den Kugelkern um 90\u00b0 zu drehen.<\/li><li>2. Die Oberseite des pneumatischen Antriebs ist mit dem Visualizer verbunden. Wenn die gr\u00fcne Markierung auf das Wort \u201eEin\u201c zeigt, bedeutet dies, dass das Ventil ge\u00f6ffnet ist.<\/li><li>3. Wenn das gr\u00fcne Licht der Anzeige leuchtet, ist das Ventil in der ge\u00f6ffneten Position, und wenn das rote Licht leuchtet, ist das Ventil in der geschlossenen Position.<\/li><li>4. Der Stellungsregler kann den Durchfluss der Ventilleitung einstellen. 5. Der Ventilsitz verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine elastische Dichtungsstruktur, die zuverl\u00e4ssig abdichtet und sich leicht \u00f6ffnen und schlie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst.<\/li><li>6. Die Ventilstange weist eine unten montierte Struktur mit einer R\u00fcckdichtung auf, und die Ventilstange wird nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt, wenn im Ventilhohlraum ein abnormaler Druck herrscht.<\/li><li>7.
