Sie drehen sich im Einklang mit der Ventilscheibenbewegung um den Ventilschaft. Die \u00d6ffnung des Ventilsitzes variiert direkt proportional zum Scheibenhub. Als Rohrleitungselement f\u00fcr die industrielle Automatisierungsprozesssteuerung wird es haupts\u00e4chlich zum Absperren oder Verbinden des Mediums in der Rohrleitung verwendet und kann auch zur Durchflussregelung und -steuerung verwendet werden. Wartungsmethoden des elektrischen Kugelhahns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Nichtmetallische Teile m\u00fcssen unmittelbar nach der Reinigung aus dem Reinigungsmittel genommen werden und d\u00fcrfen nicht \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeit eingeweicht werden.<\/li><li>2. Nach der Reinigung muss es zusammengebaut werden, nachdem das Reinigungsmittel auf der gewaschenen Wand verdunstet ist (es kann mit einem nicht mit Reinigungsmittel getr\u00e4nkten Seidentuch abgewischt werden), es darf jedoch nicht f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Zeit beiseite gelegt werden, da es sonst rostet und durch Staub verunreinigt wird.<\/li><li>3. Die zerlegten Einzelteile k\u00f6nnen durch Eintauchen gereinigt werden. Die Metallteile der zerlegten nichtmetallischen Teile k\u00f6nnen mit einem sauberen und feinen Seidentuch geschrubbt werden, das mit Reinigungsmittel getr\u00e4nkt ist (um zu vermeiden, dass Fasern abfallen und an den Teilen haften bleiben). W\u00e4hrend der Reinigung m\u00fcssen s\u00e4mtliches Fett, Schmutz, angesammelter Klebstoff, Staub usw. entfernt werden, die an der Wand haften.<\/li><li>4. Neue Teile m\u00fcssen vor der Montage gereinigt werden.<\/li><li>5. W\u00e4hrend der Montage d\u00fcrfen keine Metallsp\u00e4ne, Fasern, Fette (au\u00dfer den zur Verwendung angegebenen), Staub, andere Verunreinigungen und Fremdk\u00f6rper die Oberfl\u00e4che der Teile oder den inneren Hohlraum verunreinigen, daran haften bleiben oder dort verbleiben.<\/li><li>6. Hauptmerkmale des elektrischen Kugelhahns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Der Dichtring besteht aus PTFE und anderen elastischen Materialien. Diese Struktur erm\u00f6glicht eine gute Dichtleistung und ein einfaches Abdichten des Ventils. Die Dichtleistung des Kugelhahns erh\u00f6ht sich mit zunehmendem Mediendruck.<\/li><li>2. Die Ventilschaftdichtung ist zuverl\u00e4ssig. Da sich der Ventilschaft nur dreht, ohne anzuheben, kann die Stopfdichtung des Ventilschafts nicht leicht besch\u00e4digt werden und die Dichtleistung nimmt mit zunehmendem Mediendruck zu.<\/li><li>3. Durch die Reduzierung des Reibungsdrehmoments des Ventilschafts durch das Axiallager wird ein langfristig stabiler und flexibler Betrieb des elektrischen Kugelhahnschafts erreicht.<\/li><li>4. Antistatik-Funktion: Zwischen Kugel, Ventilschaft und Ventilk\u00f6rper ist eine Feder angebracht, um die beim Schaltvorgang entstehende statische Elektrizit\u00e4t abzuleiten.<\/li><li>5. Geringer Str\u00f6mungswiderstand. Der Kugelhahn hat den geringsten Str\u00f6mungswiderstand aller Ventile. Sogar der Kugelhahn mit reduziertem Durchmesser hat einen sehr geringen Str\u00f6mungswiderstand.<\/li><li>6. Da PTFE und andere Materialien eine gute Selbstschmierung und einen geringen Reibungsverlust mit der Kugel aufweisen, ist die Lebensdauer des Kugelhahns lang.<\/li><li>7. Der unten montierte Ventilschaft und die konvexe Stufe des Ventilschaftkopfes verhindern, dass der Ventilschaft herausgeschleudert wird. The produced ammonia can then be used as a fertilizer, or it can be further processed into urea or nitric acid. A mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen, usually originating from a steam reformer, is admitted to the synthesis loop and then compressed in two stages into the synthesis pressure of 150-300 bar (2200-4400 psi). The stream is preheated by heat exchange with the hot effluent coming out of the converter before entering the ammonia converter.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe ammonia conversion process is a compromise between temperature and pressure. For the catalyst to be efficient a temperature of at least 400 \u00b0C (750 \u00b0F) is needed,\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nbut since the reaction is exothermic a higher temperature negatively affects product yield. To counter this issue, the pressure is increased to push the reaction equilibrium toward ammonia (thus increasing product yield). Heat is recovered from the effluent by generating steam and by pre-heating the incoming feed.
