Dynamische Ausgleichsventile werden verwendet, um das Problem des Druckausgleichs in Zweigleitungen zu l\u00f6sen, das durch den h\u00e4ufigen Betrieb von Temperaturregelventilen an jedem Ende verursacht wird. Die Druck\u00e4nderung des eingestellten Mediums im Netzwerk kann automatisch eine konstante Durchflussrate aufrechterhalten, was die statischen Konstruktionskosten etwas senkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-principle-of-dynamic-balancing-valve\">Prinzip des dynamischen Ausgleichsventils: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch \u00c4ndern des Durchflussquerschnitts der Spule des Ausgleichsventils kann eine Anpassung an die \u00c4nderungen vor und nach dem Ventil erfolgen, um den Zweck der Durchflussregelung zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Einbau eines dynamischen Ausgleichsventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das dynamische Ausgleichsventil kann an einer Wasserversorgungsleitung oder einer R\u00fccklaufleitung installiert werden. Wenn der Betriebsdruck der Systemfl\u00fcssigkeit den zul\u00e4ssigen Betriebsdruck des Heizk\u00f6rpers \u00fcberschreitet, wird das\u00a0<strong>dynamisches Ausgleichsventil<\/strong>\u00a0sollte aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden an der Wasserzuleitung installiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist ein statisches Ausgleichsventil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Statische Ausgleichsventile, auch Ausgleichsventile, manuelle Ausgleichsventile, Ausgleichsventile mit digitaler Sperre oder Doppelstellungsregelventile genannt, werden verwendet, um das Problem des Ausgleichs von Druckdifferenzen in Abzweigen bei der Rohrleitungskonstruktion zu l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prinzip des statischen Ausgleichsventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Funktionsprinzip des statischen Ausgleichsventils besteht darin, den Str\u00f6mungswiderstand durch das Ventil durch \u00c4ndern des Abstands (der \u00d6ffnung) zwischen dem Ventilkern und dem Ventilsitz zu \u00e4ndern, um den Zweck der Regulierung des Durchflusses zu erreichen. Sein Wirkungsziel ist der Widerstand des Systems, das das neue Wasser entsprechend dem durch die Konstruktion berechneten Verh\u00e4ltnis verteilen kann. Jeder Zweig vergr\u00f6\u00dfert oder verkleinert sich gleichzeitig proportional und erf\u00fcllt dennoch die Anforderungen. Der Durchflussbedarf der Teillast unter Vorklimaanforderungen spielt eine Rolle beim W\u00e4rmehaushalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation eines statischen Ausgleichsventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein statisches Ausgleichsventil kann an einer Wasserversorgungsleitung oder einer R\u00fccklaufleitung installiert werden. Im Allgemeinen sollte es an der R\u00fccklaufleitung installiert werden. Insbesondere bei Hochtemperaturschleifen sollte es zur Erleichterung der Fehlerbehebung an der R\u00fccklaufleitung installiert werden.
