Sie erm\u00f6glichen schnellere \u00d6ffnungs- und Schlie\u00dfzeiten und eignen sich f\u00fcr Tankanwendungen sowie f\u00fcr kryogene Pumpen, Rohrleitungen oder Niederdruckanh\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Kryogenische Absperrklappe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryogene Absperrklappen werden in der LNG-Antriebstechnik im maritimen Schiffbau eingesetzt, beispielsweise in schiffsseitigen Bunkersystemen, LNG-Lagertanks, Brenngasversorgungssystemen (FGSS) und LNG-Motoren oder Gasturbinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kryogenes Schieberventil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryogene Schieber sind an spezielle Betriebsbedingungen angepasst und f\u00fcr einen effektiven Betrieb bei Temperaturen unter -40\u00baC ausgelegt. Sie werden haupts\u00e4chlich in Gasverfl\u00fcssigungssystemen eingesetzt. Auf den ersten Blick sind sie an ihren verl\u00e4ngerten Hauben zu erkennen, die die Spindelverpackung weit genug entfernt halten, um trotz der extrem niedrigen Temperaturen des Durchflusses funktionsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben. Andererseits tr\u00e4gt dieses spezielle Design dazu bei, die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung von au\u00dfen nach innen des Ventils zu reduzieren, was Energieeinsparungen und effizientere Systeme bedeutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZECO-Ventil f\u00fcr LNG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Gas wird zun\u00e4chst gef\u00f6rdert und zu einer Verarbeitungsanlage transportiert, wo es gereinigt wird, indem alle Kondensate wie Wasser, \u00d6l, Schlamm sowie andere Gase wie CO2 und H2S entfernt werden. Eine LNG-Prozesskette wird normalerweise auch so ausgelegt, dass Spuren von Quecksilber aus dem Gasstrom entfernt werden, um zu verhindern, dass sich Quecksilber in den kryogenen W\u00e4rmetauschern mit Aluminium verbindet. Das Gas wird dann stufenweise abgek\u00fchlt, bis es verfl\u00fcssigt ist. LNG wird schlie\u00dflich in Lagertanks gelagert und kann verladen und verschifft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diese spezielle Anwendung muss das Ventilmaterial die Meeresumgebung und das Seewasser ber\u00fccksichtigen.
