Sie werden h\u00e4ufig in der Erd\u00f6l- und Chemieindustrie, der Metallurgie, der Wasserkraft und vielen anderen Bereichen eingesetzt. Unter den h\u00e4ufig verwendeten elektrischen Absperrklappen werden sie haupts\u00e4chlich in elektrische Klemm-Absperrklappen und elektrische Flansch-Absperrklappen unterteilt, die ihre eigenen Eigenschaften und unterschiedliche Leistungen aufweisen und in verschiedenen Branchen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen. Bei diesen beiden Arten von Ventilen besteht der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Unterschied neben der Strukturform darin, dass die Verbindung unterschiedlich ist, wenn dieselben Parameter verwendet werden. Das hei\u00dft, die Installationsform muss von den Arbeitsbedingungen abh\u00e4ngen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-difference-between-electric-wafer-butterfly-valve-and-electric-flange-butterfly-valve\">Der Unterschied zwischen elektrischem Wafer-Absperrventil und elektrischem Flansch-Absperrventil:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Dicke des elektrischen Wafer-Absperrventils ist geringer als die des Flansch-Absperrventils. An beiden Enden des Ventilk\u00f6rpers befinden sich keine Flansche und nur wenige F\u00fchrungsbolzenl\u00f6cher. Das Ventil ist \u00fcber einen Satz Schrauben\/Muttern mit dem Flansch am Rohrende verbunden. Dies ist ein Ort, an dem der Platz relativ eng ist oder die Rohre begrenzt sind. Die Vorteile sind die einfache Demontage, die geringen Kosten der Ventile und der geringe Platzbedarf. Der Nachteil besteht jedoch darin, dass es ein Problem mit der Dichtfl\u00e4che gibt, sodass zwei Dichtfl\u00e4chen entfernt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der K\u00f6rper des elektrischen Flansch-Absperrventils hat an beiden Enden Flansche und ist mit Rohrflanschen verbunden. Es wird normalerweise in Bereichen mit gro\u00dfem Kaliber oder hohem Druck verwendet, aber die Kosten sind relativ hoch. Bei hohen Temperaturen kann die Ausdehnung des Bolzens zu Undichtigkeiten f\u00fchren, sodass er f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Durchmesser bei hohen Temperaturen nicht geeignet ist. Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen Klemm-Absperrklappen nicht am Ende der Rohrleitung verwendet werden, und der stromabw\u00e4rts gelegene Teil muss demontiert werden, da beim Entfernen des stromabw\u00e4rts gelegenen Flansches das Klemmventil abf\u00e4llt, das sehr kurz sein muss.
