Schaft und Scheibe sind im Ventilsitz zentriert, die wiederum im Ventilk\u00f6rper zentriert sind. Die Scheibe ist in st\u00e4ndigem Kontakt mit dem Sitz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Vorteil dieses Ventils besteht darin, dass das durch das Ventil flie\u00dfende Medium nicht mit dem K\u00f6rper in Ber\u00fchrung kommt, da der Sitz als H\u00fclse oder Patrone im Inneren des K\u00f6rpers konstruiert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konzentrische Absperrklappen werden in einfachen und speziellen Fl\u00fcssigkeits- und Gasanwendungen bis zu 200 PSI und bis zu 400 \u00b0F eingesetzt. Bezogen auf die Dichtungspunkte und nicht auf die Welle, sind die Dichtungspunkte an der Scheibe und am Sitz beide in ein versetztes konisches Profil eingearbeitet. Dadurch kann es bis zum Punkt der vollst\u00e4ndigen Schlie\u00dfung als mechanischer Anschlag vollst\u00e4ndig ber\u00fchrungslos arbeiten. Daher k\u00f6nnen beide Dichtungskomponenten aus Metall hergestellt werden, ohne dass ein Elastomerelement erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Merkmale des dreifach versetzten Absperrventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Absperrklappe geh\u00f6rt es ebenfalls zur Viertelventilfamilie. Es ist au\u00dferdem leicht und einfach zu bedienen. Die Installation ist ebenfalls ein Kinderspiel, da weniger Rohrverstrebungen erforderlich sind. Der Austausch der Sitzringe ist ebenfalls einfach, da dieses Ventil von oben zug\u00e4nglich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das dreifach versetzte Absperrventil hat ein niedriges Drehmoment, sodass keine gr\u00f6\u00dferen Ventile erforderlich sind. Dies bedeutet jedoch h\u00f6here Kosteneinsparungen. The disc presses with uniform compression into the elastic cartridge seat over the entire circumference of the valve.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\r\n<h3>Replaceable Seat<\/h3>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe replaceable seat consists of a reinforced backup ring, on which the elastomer seat material is vulcanized. When mounting the valve between the pipe flanges this stable seat cannot be deformed or displaced. The cartridge design also prevents deformation when the valve is cycled, such as stretching and bulging of the elastomer in front of the moving disc.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe fixed connection between the elastomer and the backup ring allows the use of the valve in a full vacuum and high flow velocities.
