Einbauort des <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/de\/produktkategorie\/balancing-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Automatisches Ausgleichsventil<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das automatische Ausgleichsventil kann in der Wasserversorgungsleitung oder in der Wasserr\u00fccklaufleitung installiert werden (nur eines in jeder Schleife). F\u00fcr die Prim\u00e4rschleifenseite der W\u00e4rmestation wird empfohlen, das Ausgleichsventil in der Wasserr\u00fccklaufleitung mit niedrigerer Wassertemperatur zu installieren, um die Fehlersuche zu erleichtern. M\u00f6glichst auf einem geraden Rohr installieren.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da das Ausgleichsventil die Funktion einer Durchflussmessung hat, sollte es, um den Durchfluss durch das Ventil stabil zu halten und die Messgenauigkeit sicherzustellen, wenn die Bedingungen es zulassen, m\u00f6glichst im geraden Rohrabschnitt eingebaut werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-pay-attention-to-the-balance-between-the-new-system-and-the-original-system\">3. Achten Sie auf das Gleichgewicht zwischen dem neuen System und dem urspr\u00fcnglichen System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn ein neues System mit Ausgleichsventil an das urspr\u00fcngliche Heizungs- (K\u00fchlungs-)Rohrnetz angeschlossen wird, muss auf die Ausgewogenheit der Wasserverteilung zwischen dem neuen und dem urspr\u00fcnglichen System geachtet werden, um zu vermeiden, dass der Wasserwiderstand des neuen Systems (oder des reformierten Systems) mit Ausgleichsventil h\u00f6her ist als der des urspr\u00fcnglichen Systems und der erforderliche Wasserdurchfluss nicht erreicht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-no-need-to-install-stop-valves\">4. Keine Installation erforderlich <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/de\/produkt\/resilient-seated-gate-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Absperrventile<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Inspektion einer Schleife kann das Ausgleichsventil an der Schleife geschlossen werden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt spielt das Ausgleichsventil die Rolle eines Absperrventils, um den Wasserfluss zu unterbrechen. Nach der Inspektion kann das Ausgleichsventil in seine urspr\u00fcngliche Sperrposition zur\u00fcckkehren. Daher muss das Absperrventil beim Einbau des Ausgleichsventils nicht erneut eingebaut werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-when-adding-or-canceling-loops-the-system-should-be-readjusted\">5. Beim Hinzuf\u00fcgen (oder L\u00f6schen) von Schleifen sollte das System neu angepasst werden.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Hinzuf\u00fcgen (oder Entfernen) von Schleifen im Rohrleitungsnetzsystem m\u00fcssen, mit Ausnahme des Hinzuf\u00fcgens (oder Schlie\u00dfens) der entsprechenden Ausgleichsventile, grunds\u00e4tzlich alle neuen Ausgleichsventile und die Ausgleichsventile in den Schleifen des Originalsystems neu eingestellt werden (Abzweig-Ausgleichsventile in der Originalschleife m\u00fcssen nicht neu eingestellt werden).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Inbetriebnahme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Es empfiehlt sich, das System gr\u00fcndlich zu sp\u00fclen. Halten Sie dabei das Ventil vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnet.<\/li><li>Ist eine Druckpr\u00fcfung der Anlage erforderlich, darf der maximal zul\u00e4ssige Druck PS um bis zu 24 bar \u00fcberschritten werden. Druckpr\u00fcfungen m\u00fcssen bei Raumtemperatur und bei voll ge\u00f6ffnetem Ventil durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Messen \u2013 Druck und Durchfluss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bei hei\u00dfen Medien besondere Vorsicht bei der Messung!<\/li><li>Druckpr\u00fcfstopfen sind selbstdichtend. Schrauben Sie die Kappe des Druckpr\u00fcfstopfens ab und stecken Sie die Sonde ein.<\/li><li>Schrauben Sie die Ringmutter der Sonde auf den Druckpr\u00fcfstecker.<\/li><li>Wir empfehlen, vor der Sonde ein Absperrventil zu platzieren.<\/li><li>Nach der Messung die Sonde abschrauben und herausziehen. Die Steckerkappe wieder aufschrauben.<\/li><li>\u00d6ffnen Sie das Ventil vollst\u00e4ndig (vollst\u00e4ndige Drehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn).<\/li><li>Schrauben Sie das an die Druckstopfen angeschlossene Manometer fest.<\/li><li>Drehen Sie das Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn und beobachten Sie dabei den Anschluss des Manometers.
