API 600 Ventiltrimmtabelle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zu den Hauptteilen eines Ventils geh\u00f6ren zwei Funktionstypen: die druckhaltende Komponente, die aus einem Ventilk\u00f6rper, einer Haube bzw. einem Deckel, einer Deckelverschraubung und einer Scheibe besteht, und die anderen wichtigen nicht druckhaltenden Teile eines Ventils wie Ventilsitze, Schaft, Joch, Stopfbuchsenpackung, Stopfbuchsenverschraubung, Buchsen, Handr\u00e4der, Ventilbet\u00e4tigungselemente usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-valve-trim\">Was ist eine Ventilverkleidung?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Verkleidung, insbesondere die Gegenst\u00fccke, die den Durchfluss gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen des Reglers regulieren, sind das Herzst\u00fcck des Regelventils. Die am Ventil vorhandenen Scheibenarten bestimmen den Namen des Ventils. \u00dcber einem Stopfen- oder Kugelventil wird die Scheibe als Stopfen oder Kugel bezeichnet. Eine Scheibe liegt am oder an den unbeweglichen Ventilsitzen an, wenn sich das Ventil in geschlossener Stellung befindet; in geschlossener Stellung erf\u00fcllt die Scheibe eine druckhaltende Funktion, wohingegen sie in ge\u00f6ffneter Stellung des Ventils keine druckhaltende Funktion erf\u00fcllt. Sie kann durch die Bewegung des Ventilschafts von den Ventilsitzen wegbewegt werden, mit Ausnahme von R\u00fcckschlag- und Sicherheitsventilen, bei denen die Scheibe durch Fl\u00fcssigkeitsstrom und -druck von ihren Sitzen wegbewegt wird. Eine Ventilscheibe wird in der Regel gegossen, geschmiedet oder hergestellt.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>SITZ<ul><li>Ein Ventilsitz ist einer der nicht druckf\u00fchrenden Teile des Ventils. Ventile k\u00f6nnen einen oder mehrere Sitze haben. Bei einem Durchgangs- oder R\u00fcckschlagventil bildet ein Sitz eine Abdichtung mit der Scheibe, um den Durchfluss zu stoppen. Beim Absperrventil hingegen gibt es zwei Sitzfl\u00e4chen, die mit den Sitzen in Kontakt kommen. Ebenso haben K\u00fcken- und Kugelh\u00e4hne, je nach Anzahl der Anschl\u00fcsse, mehrere Sitze. Ventilsitze k\u00f6nnen integrale, erneuerbare oder austauschbare Ringe sein. Kleine Ventile sind mit eingeschraubten, gestauchten oder geschwei\u00dften Ventilsitzen ausgestattet und gro\u00dfe Ventile k\u00f6nnen alle f\u00fcr kleine Ventile verwendeten Sitze haben und haben integral gegossene oder geschmiedete Sitze entlang des Ventilk\u00f6rpers.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>R\u00fccksitz<ul><li>Der R\u00fccksitz besteht aus einer Schulter am Schaft und einer Gegenfl\u00e4che an der Unterseite der Haube. Wenn der Schaft vollst\u00e4ndig ge\u00f6ffnet ist, bildet er eine Dichtung. Er verhindert das Austreten von Medien in die Packungskammer und in die Umgebung. Hinweis: Aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden wird NIEMALS empfohlen, die Packung zu wechseln, w\u00e4hrend das Ventil unter Druck steht.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>STENGEL<ul><li>Der Schaft verbindet den Antrieb, das Ventilhandrad und die Scheibe, den Stopfen oder die Kugel. Erforderlich f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffnungs- und Schlie\u00dfbewegung des Ventils. Somit erfolgt die Bewegung des Schafts zum \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen des Ventils. Bei einem Schieber- oder Kugelhahn ist eine lineare Bewegung der Scheibe erforderlich, um das Ventil zu \u00f6ffnen oder zu schlie\u00dfen. Beim Stopfen-, Kugel- und Absperrventil hingegen wird die Ventilscheibe gedreht, um das Ventil zu \u00f6ffnen oder zu schlie\u00dfen. Absperr- und R\u00fcckschlagventile haben keinen Schaft.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">API600 Ventiltrimmdiagramm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die API600-Trimmtabellenspezifikationen sind f\u00fcr API600-Schieber ausgelegt. F\u00fcr API603-Schieber sowie f\u00fcr Absperrventile und R\u00fcckschlagventile werden die gleichen Trimmnummern lockerer angewendet (Trimmtabelle wird im neuesten API603-Standard nicht referenziert). In Bezug auf Absperr- und R\u00fcckschlagventile sind die auf der Scheibe und dem Sitz angegebenen H\u00e4rteunterschiede offensichtlich f\u00fcr Absperrventile angegeben, die st\u00e4rkerem Verschlei\u00df, Abrieb, Festfressen usw. ausgesetzt sind und nicht so relevant sind. Au\u00dferdem werden Absperr- und R\u00fcckschlagventile h\u00e4ufig nach BS-Spezifikationen (jetzt ISO) angegeben. API 623 f\u00fcr Absperrventile und API594 f\u00fcr R\u00fcckschlagventile werden jetzt anstelle der veralteten BS 1868 und BS 1873 verwendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table Innengarnitur spielt eine wichtige Rolle f\u00fcr die Eigenschaften des Ventils. Sie bestimmt die Durchflussrate und die Isolierung der Ventile. Die Formen der Ventilinnengarnitur bestimmen die Durchflusseigenschaften des Ventils. Die Eigenschaften einer Ventilinnengarnitur h\u00e4ngen mit dem Durchflussprozentsatz und dem Ventilschaftweg zwischen 0% und 100% zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Materialien der Verkleidung bestehen manchmal aus dem gleichen Material wie das Ventilgeh\u00e4use oder die Ventilhaube, manchmal unterscheiden sie sich jedoch. When the valve is open, the disc does not perform pressure-retaining or -containing functions. Depending on which way the nut is rotated, the stem moves up and down in certain valves, such as gate and diaphragm valves.
