Ein kreisf\u00f6rmiges Zahnrad, das als \u201eRitzel\u201c bezeichnet wird, greift in die Z\u00e4hne eines oder zweier linearer Zahnr\u00e4der ein, die als \u201eZahnstange\u201c bezeichnet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pneumatische Antriebe verwenden Kolben, die an der Zahnstange befestigt sind. Wenn Luft- oder Federkraft auf die Kolben ausge\u00fcbt wird, \u00e4ndert die Zahnstange ihre Position. Diese lineare Bewegung wird auf das rotierende Ritzel \u00fcbertragen (in beide Richtungen) und sorgt f\u00fcr eine bidirektionale Drehung zum \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen des angeschlossenen Ventils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kolben von Zahnstangenantrieben k\u00f6nnen mit Luft, Gas oder \u00d6l unter Druck gesetzt werden, um die lineare Bewegung zu erzeugen, die das Ritzel antreibt. Um das Ritzel in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zu drehen, muss die Luft, das Gas oder das \u00d6l auf die andere Seite der Kolben umgeleitet werden oder es m\u00fcssen Schraubenfedern als Energiequelle f\u00fcr die Drehung verwendet werden. Zahnstangenantriebe mit Federn werden als \u201eFederr\u00fcckstellantriebe\u201c bezeichnet. Antriebe, die auf Druckbeaufschlagung der Zahnstange auf der gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seite beruhen, werden als \u201edirektwirkende\u201c Antriebe bezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-construction-of-rack-pinion-actuator\"><strong>Aufbau eines Zahnstangenantriebs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die meisten Stellantriebe sind f\u00fcr einen 100-Grad-Hub mit Einstellung im und gegen den Uhrzeigersinn f\u00fcr offene und geschlossene Positionen ausgelegt. Montagepads nach Weltstandard ISO sind allgemein erh\u00e4ltlich und bieten eine einfache und flexible direkte Ventilinstallation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch die Montageabmessungen an den pneumatischen Anschl\u00fcssen des Antriebs sowie an den Zubeh\u00f6rl\u00f6chern und der Antriebswelle des Antriebs sind g\u00e4ngige Konstruktionsmerkmale, die das Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Pilotventilen und Zubeh\u00f6r erleichtern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pneumatische Zahnstangenantriebe sind kompakt und effektiv. Sie sind zuverl\u00e4ssig, langlebig und bieten eine gute Lebensdauer. Auf dem Markt gibt es viele Marken von Zahnstangenantrieben, alle mit geringf\u00fcgigen Unterschieden in Kolbendichtungen, Wellendichtungen, Federdesign und Geh\u00e4usedesign. TVC-Standard ist hellgraue Pulver-Polyesterfarbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-end-caps\">Endkappen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminiumdruckguss, schwarz pulverbeschichtet. Auch in PTFE oder ENP erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pistons\">Kolben<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Doppelzahnstangenkolben bestehen aus Aluminiumdruckguss und sind anschlie\u00dfend hart eloxiert. Auch aus Stahlguss und verzinkt erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Kolben sind symmetrisch angeordnet, um eine lange Lebensdauer und einen schnellen Betrieb zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Umkehr der Rotation erfolgt einfach durch Umdrehen der Kolben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-travel-adjustment\">Federwegeinstellung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beiden unabh\u00e4ngigen externen Einstellschrauben f\u00fcr den Wegbegrenzer erm\u00f6glichen eine einfache und pr\u00e4zise Einstellung von \u00b15\u00b0 sowohl in \u00d6ffnungs- als auch in Schlie\u00dfrichtung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-high-performance-springs\">Hochleistungsfedern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorgespannte, beschichtete Federn bestehen aus hochwertigem, korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigem Material mit l\u00e4ngerer Lebensdauer und k\u00f6nnen durch \u00c4ndern der Federanzahl sicher und bequem ausgetauscht werden, um unterschiedlichen Drehmomentanforderungen gerecht zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bearings-guides\">Lager und F\u00fchrungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hergestellt aus reibungsarmen, langlebigen technischen Kunststoffen, um direkten Kontakt zwischen Metallen zu vermeiden.
