Das elektrische Ger\u00e4t l\u00e4sst einen Strom durch eine Spule am Magnetventil flie\u00dfen, was wiederum ein Magnetfeld erzeugt, das die Verschiebung eines metallischen Aktuators bewirkt. Der Aktuator ist mechanisch mit einem Ventil im Inneren des Magnetventils verbunden. Dieses mechanische Ventil \u00f6ffnet oder schlie\u00dft sich dann und l\u00e4sst so eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit oder ein Gas entweder durchflie\u00dfen oder wird vom Magnetventil blockiert. In diesem Steuersystem wird eine Feder verwendet, um den Aktuator und das Ventil in ihren Ruhezustand zur\u00fcckzubringen, wenn der Stromfluss unterbrochen wird. Abbildung 4.16 zeigt die Anwendung eines Magnetventils in einem typischen Steuersystem. Eine Spule im Inneren des Magnetventils erzeugt ein Magnetfeld, sobald ein elektrischer Strom hindurchflie\u00dft. Das erzeugte Magnetfeld bet\u00e4tigt das Kugelventil, das seinen Zustand \u00e4ndern kann, um das Ger\u00e4t in der durch den Pfeil angezeigten Fl\u00fcssigkeitsrichtung zu \u00f6ffnen oder zu schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie funktioniert ein Magnetventil?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Magnetventil ist ein elektrisch gesteuertes Ventil. Das Ventil verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Magneten, eine elektrische Spule mit einem beweglichen ferromagnetischen Kern (Kolben) in der Mitte. In der Ruheposition verschlie\u00dft der Kolben eine kleine \u00d6ffnung. Ein elektrischer Strom durch die Spule erzeugt ein Magnetfeld. Das Magnetfeld \u00fcbt eine nach oben gerichtete Kraft auf den Kolben aus und \u00f6ffnet so die \u00d6ffnung.
