Es hat die Funktionen Umleitung, Absperrung, Regulierung, Drosselung, R\u00fcckschlag, Teilung oder \u00dcberlaufentlastung. Ventilgussteile sind Steuerkomponenten in Rohrleitungsfl\u00fcssigkeitsversorgungssystemen. Sie sind in einer Vielzahl von Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventilgussteile werden h\u00e4ufig in der Chemie- und Petrochemie-Industrie, der Erd\u00f6l- und Papierindustrie, im Bergbau, in der Strom- und Fl\u00fcssiggasindustrie, der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie, in der Wasserversorgung und -entw\u00e4sserung, in der Kommunalindustrie, im Maschinenbau, in der Elektronikindustrie, im St\u00e4dtebau und in anderen Bereichen eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arten des Ventilgusses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wachsausschmelzverfahren<\/strong>: Kann Ventilkomponenten aus Gussstahl herstellen, beispielsweise aus Kohlenstoffstahl, Edelstahl und anderen Gussstahllegierungen. Das Wachsausschmelzverfahren ist ein Pr\u00e4zisionsgussverfahren f\u00fcr Ventilkomponenten, mit dem wir gute Abmessungen und Toleranzen sowie glattere Oberfl\u00e4chen erzielen k\u00f6nnen. Ventilgussteile aus Edelstahl werden h\u00e4ufig im Kieselsolgussverfahren verwendet, einem weiteren Wachsausschmelzverfahren. Wir k\u00f6nnen dieses Gussverfahren f\u00fcr Absperrklappen, Kugelh\u00e4hne usw. verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lost Foam-Guss<\/strong>: Dieses Gussverfahren eignet sich besser f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Pr\u00e4zisionsventilteilen aus Gusseisen, mit denen auch eine gute Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte und gute Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erreicht werden k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr solche endkonturierten oder nahezu endkonturierten Ventilgussteile ist keine oder nur eine geringe Bearbeitungszugabe erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sandguss<\/strong>: Auch ein Gussverfahren f\u00fcr Ventilgussteile. Sandguss eignet sich sowohl f\u00fcr Ventilgussteile aus Stahl als auch aus Eisen. Im Vergleich zu Schaum- und Wachsausschmelzverfahren eignet es sich besser f\u00fcr die Herstellung gr\u00f6\u00dferer Ventilkomponenten, sodass wir normalerweise mehr Bearbeitungszugabe f\u00fcr weitere Bearbeitungsvorg\u00e4nge lassen m\u00fcssen. Das maximale Gewicht, das wir gie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen, betr\u00e4gt etwa 2 Tonnen pro St\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventil-Sandgussverfahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventil-Feingussverfahren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeder unserer Ventilk\u00f6rpergussprozesse wird in strikter \u00dcbereinstimmung mit dem Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) ausgef\u00fchrt. Der Hauptprozess des Ventilk\u00f6rpergusses bei der Herstellung von Ventilk\u00f6rpergussteilen ist wie folgt: Gie\u00dfsimulation, Formentwicklung, Rohmaterialpr\u00fcfung, Wachsmuster, Schalenvorbereitung, Metallgie\u00dfen, Reinigung und W\u00e4rmebehandlung, Inspektion, Lagerverpackung und Versand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Schimmelbildung<ul><li>Die technische Abteilung entwickelt die Form und die Qualit\u00e4tsabteilung verwendet die drei Koordinaten, um die Ma\u00dfpr\u00fcfung durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Wachsmuster<ul><li>Die Werkstatt verwendet automatische Wachsmaschinen, um Wachsdruck, Haltezeit usw. einzustellen und qualitativ hochwertige Wachsmuster herzustellen.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Schalenvorbereitung<ul><li>Die Werkstatt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 4 automatische Produktionslinien, die 1800 Schalens\u00e4tze produzieren k\u00f6nnen. Das Modellieren ist ein Schl\u00fcsselprozess beim Ventilk\u00f6rperguss.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Schmelzen<ul><li>Entsprechend der erforderlichen Metallzusammensetzung wird die chemische Zusammensetzung angepasst und der geeignete Schmelzofen ausgew\u00e4hlt, um das Legierungsmaterial zu schmelzen und eine qualifizierte fl\u00fcssige Metallfl\u00fcssigkeit zu bilden (einschlie\u00dflich qualifizierter Zusammensetzung und qualifizierter Temperatur).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Metallgie\u00dfen<ul><li>Gie\u00dfen Sie geeignetes geschmolzenes Metall in den mit der Form ausgestatteten Sandkasten. Worauf m\u00fcssen die Ventilhersteller bei der Auswahl der Ventile achten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I. Parameter und Spezifikationen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die sogenannten Parameter der Ventilspezifikationen k\u00f6nnen auch kurz als Produkttyp bezeichnet werden. Das Prinzip des Ventils ist gleich, aber die Details sind unterschiedlich und gelten daher f\u00fcr verschiedene Bereiche. Beispielsweise umfassen die Ventilhersteller von 3C-Brandschutzklappen im Wesentlichen Rauchbrandklappen und automatische Rauchbrandklappen usw. Die wichtigsten Steuerparameter und Spezifikationen bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Auswahl der Brandschutzklappe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. B. in \u00f6ffentlichen Geb\u00e4uden, wo die Ansprechtemperatur der Brandschutzklappen im Abgassystem relativ hoch ist, w\u00e4hrend die Ansprechtemperatur der Brandschutzklappen in normalen Klimaanlagen in Wohn- oder Gesch\u00e4ftsgeb\u00e4uden mit etwa 3 \u00b0C relativ niedrig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funktionale Anforderungen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Ventile desselben Produkts werden an verschiedenen Stellen unterschiedliche Anforderungen gestellt. Daher h\u00e4ngt die Auswahl und der Kauf von 3C-Brandschutzklappen vor der Auswahl oder Auswahl der oben oder unten aufgef\u00fchrten Produkte von der Grundfunktion und dem Anwendungsbereich ab.
