Sie sind langlebig und bieten im Verh\u00e4ltnis zu ihrer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eine relativ hohe Kraft (Drehmoment). Drehantriebe vereinfachen die Konstruktion und k\u00f6nnen Wartungsprobleme reduzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arten von pneumatischen Drehantrieben<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zahnstange und Ritzel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Zahnstangengetriebe besteht aus einem kreisf\u00f6rmigen Zahnrad (dem Ritzel), das mit einem linearen Zahnrad (der Zahnstange) verbunden ist. Bei Bet\u00e4tigung bewegt sich der an der Zahnstange befestigte Kolben linear. Durch die Zahnradverbindung mit dem Ritzel dreht es dieses mit der angeschlossenen Ausgangswelle und wandelt die lineare Bewegung effektiv in eine Drehbewegung um.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft werden zwei Kolben und Zahnstangen auf gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seiten voneinander installiert, um das Drehmoment am Ritzel zu verdoppeln, wie in Abbildung 3 dargestellt. Bei diesem doppeltwirkenden Antrieb werden die beiden Kammern an den Seiten mit Druckluft gef\u00fcllt, die die Kolben in die Mitte dr\u00fcckt. Um die Kolben in die Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcckzubringen, wird die Kammer in der Mitte wiederum unter Druck gesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zahnstangenkonstruktion weist einen relativ hohen mechanischen Wirkungsgrad auf. Sie kann ein Drehmoment von einigen Nm bis zu mehreren Tausend Nm erzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scotch Yoke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einem Scotch-Yoke-Mechanismus ist die Kolbenwelle \u00fcber einen Stift und einen Schlitz mit einer Drehwelle verbunden, wie in Abbildung 5 dargestellt. Die lineare Bewegung der Welle bewirkt, dass sich der Stift dreht. Scotch-Yoke-Aktuatoren k\u00f6nnen federr\u00fcckgestellt oder doppeltwirkend sein. Diese Aktuatoren k\u00f6nnen auch mit zwei gegen\u00fcberliegenden Kolben ausgestattet sein, um das Drehmoment auf der Ausgangswelle zu verdoppeln, wie in Abbildung 5 rechts dargestellt. Scotch-Yoke-Aktuatoren sind Hochleistungsaktuatoren, die Drehmomente von mehreren Tausend bis Hunderttausend Nm erzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-pneumatic-rotary-actuator-work\">Wie funktioniert ein pneumatischer Drehantrieb?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein pneumatischer Drehantrieb verwendet Druckluft, um seine Antriebsenergie zu erzeugen. Einige sind speziell f\u00fcr die Fernsteuerung von Ventilen konzipiert. Die saubere, trockene Luft kann \u00fcber eine zentrale Druckluftstation oder im Fall eines Druckgassystems aus dem Prozessgas bereitgestellt werden. Das Abgas kann dann in die Luft oder eine nachgeschaltete Prozessleitung mit niedrigerem Druck abgegeben werden. Sie werden h\u00e4ufig verwendet, um Vierteldrehungs- oder Mehrfachdrehungsventile wie Kugel- oder Absperrklappen zu automatisieren und fernzusteuern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein pneumatischer Drehantrieb besteht aus einer oder mehreren Luftkammern mit einem Kolben oder einer Balgmembran. Je nach Ausf\u00fchrung zwingt der Luftdruck den Kolben oder die Membran, sich zu bewegen, wodurch eine lineare oder rotierende Bewegung entsteht. Wenn die erzeugte Bewegung linear ist, wandelt er die lineare Bewegung intern in eine rotierende Bewegung um. Pneumatische Drehantriebe sind langlebig, bieten im Verh\u00e4ltnis zu ihrer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eine hohe Kraft und k\u00f6nnen in gef\u00e4hrlichen Umgebungen eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Allgemeinen wird zum Antrieb eines Drehventils ein Drehantrieb verwendet. Es gibt jedoch auch Konstruktionen, bei denen pneumatische Zylinder verwendet werden, die eine lineare Bewegung erzeugen, um mithilfe von Schwenkarmen oder Lagern Drehmoment zu erzeugen. Die Verwendung pneumatischer Drehantriebe f\u00fcr diese Anwendungen kann jedoch die Konstruktion vereinfachen und die Lebensdauer erh\u00f6hen.
