Die Spule des Magneten, an den der Ventilk\u00f6rper angeschlossen ist, wird auf welche Seite gezogen. Durch die Steuerung der Bewegung des Ventilk\u00f6rpers zum \u00d6ffnen oder Schlie\u00dfen verschiedener Ablassl\u00f6cher und wenn das \u00d6lloch immer offen ist, gelangt das Hydraulik\u00f6l in verschiedene Ablassrohre und dr\u00fcckt dann durch den \u00d6ldruck den Kolbenzylinder, der wiederum den kolbenstangengetriebenen Mechanismus bewegt. Auf diese Weise kann durch Steuerung des Stroms des Elektromagneten die Bewegung der Maschine gesteuert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funktionsprinzip des Magnetventils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Magnetventil ist ein elektrisch gesteuertes Ventil. Das Ventil verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Magneten, eine elektrische Spule mit einem beweglichen ferromagnetischen Kern (Kolben) in der Mitte. In der Ruheposition verschlie\u00dft der Kolben eine kleine \u00d6ffnung. Ein elektrischer Strom durch die Spule erzeugt ein Magnetfeld. Das Magnetfeld \u00fcbt eine nach oben gerichtete Kraft auf den Kolben aus und \u00f6ffnet so die \u00d6ffnung. Dies ist das Grundprinzip, das zum \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen von Magnetventilen verwendet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solenoid-valve-from-the-principle-is-divided-into-two-categories\">Magnetventile werden vom Prinzip her in zwei Kategorien unterteilt:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #2980b9;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Direktwirkendes Magnetventil<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das Prinzip:<\/strong> Bei Aktivierung erzeugt die elektromagnetische Spule eine elektromagnetische Kraft, die das Schlie\u00dfelement vom Ventilsitz abhebt und das Ventil \u00f6ffnet; bei ausgeschalteter Stromversorgung verschwindet die elektromagnetische Kraft und die Feder dr\u00fcckt das Schlie\u00dfelement gegen den Ventilsitz und das Ventil schlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Merkmale:<\/strong> Es kann normal unter Vakuum, Unterdruck und Nulldruck arbeiten, aber der Durchmesser betr\u00e4gt im Allgemeinen nicht mehr als 25 mm.
