Die Steuervariablen des Steuersystems sind die Ausgangssignale des Ventilpositionierers an den Aktuator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klassifizierung von Ventilstellungsreglern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Ventilpositionierer wird je nach Eingangssignal in einen pneumatischen Ventilpositionierer und einen elektrischen Ventilpositionierer unterteilt. Das Eingangssignal des pneumatischen Ventilpositionierers ist ein Standardgassignal, beispielsweise ein 20- bis 100-kPa-Gassignal, sein Ausgangssignal ist ein Standardgassignal. Wenn das Eingangssignal des positiv wirkenden Ventilstellungsreglers zunimmt, nimmt auch das Ausgangssignal zu, sodass die Verst\u00e4rkung positiv ist. Wenn das Eingangssignal des entgegengesetzt wirkenden Ventilstellungsreglers zunimmt, wird das Ausgangssignal reduziert und daher ist die Verst\u00e4rkung negativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demnach ist das Eingangssignal eines Ventilstellungsreglers ein analoges oder digitales Signal, das in einen allgemeinen Ventilstellungsregler und einen elektrischen Feldbus-Ventilstellungsregler unterteilt werden kann. Das Eingangssignal eines allgemeinen Ventilstellungsreglers ist ein analoges Luftdruck- oder Strom- und Spannungssignal, und das Eingangssignal des elektrischen Feldbus-Ventilstellungsreglers ist ein digitales Signal des Feldbusses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nachdem, ob der Ventilpositionierer mit CPU ausgestattet ist, kann er in einen allgemeinen elektrischen Ventilpositionierer und einen intelligenten elektrischen Ventilpositionierer unterteilt werden. Der allgemeine elektrische Ventilpositionierer hat keine CPU, daher ist er nicht intelligent und kann die entsprechenden intelligenten Operationen nicht verarbeiten.
