So sind die Kugelh\u00e4hne aus Hastelloy C276 beispielsweise best\u00e4ndig gegen S\u00e4uren wie Schwefels\u00e4ure, Salzs\u00e4ure, Flusss\u00e4ure, Salpeters\u00e4ure und Chroms\u00e4ure. Der Kugelhahn aus Hastelloy weist sogar eine gute lokale Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CW12MW ist die alte originale Hastelloy C-Gusslegierung. Aufgrund ihres h\u00f6heren Kohlenstoffgehalts von maximal 0,12% sowie ihrer h\u00f6heren Eisen- und Wolframwerte ist diese Legierung allen anderen Legierungen in Bezug auf Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Duktilit\u00e4t unterlegen. CW12MW ist nicht das Guss\u00e4quivalent zu UNS N10276.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CW6M<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CW6M ist die n\u00e4chste entwickelte Ni-Cr-Mo-Gusslegierung. Sie wurde 1949 eingef\u00fchrt, daher hat diese Legierung eine lange, erfolgreiche Geschichte. Obwohl sie einen h\u00f6heren zul\u00e4ssigen Kohlenstoff- und Siliziumgrenzwert hat als die neueren unten aufgef\u00fchrten C-Typen, wird sie normalerweise mit viel niedrigeren Kohlenstoff- und Siliziumwerten hergestellt, was ihr eine gute Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber oxidierenden und reduzierenden S\u00e4uren verleiht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CW2M<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CW2M ist das Guss\u00e4quivalent von UNS N06455 und wurde 1976 entwickelt, um bei hohen Temperaturen eine bessere metallurgische Stabilit\u00e4t als UNS N10276 zu bieten. Ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Vorteil war, dass es eine bessere Gussqualit\u00e4t als CW12MW ist. Seine verbesserte Leistung gegen\u00fcber CW12MW war das Ergebnis reduzierter Mengen intermetallischer Phasen in seiner Mikrostruktur. Dies wurde durch die Senkung der Kohlenstoff-, Silizium-, Eisen-, Chrom- und Molybd\u00e4nwerte und den Verzicht auf Wolframzusatz erreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CX2MW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CX2MW ist das gegossene \u00c4quivalent von UNS N06022. Diese Legierung hat einen h\u00f6heren Chromgehalt, aber einen niedrigeren Molybd\u00e4ngehalt als die anderen Hastelloy C-Typ-Legierungen. Der h\u00f6here Chromgehalt verleiht dieser Legierung eine bessere Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber hei\u00dfen, oxidierenden Umgebungen wie Bleichmitteln und chlorierten Salzlaugen. Es enth\u00e4lt etwas mehr Chrom und Molybd\u00e4n als CX2MW. Der h\u00f6here Chromgehalt bietet eine gute Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen starke Oxidationsprozesse und der h\u00f6here Molybd\u00e4ngehalt eine gute Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen Schwefel- und Salzs\u00e4ure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UNS N06200<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>UNS N06200 (Hastelloy C-2000) ist die neueste C-Typ-Legierung, ist aber nur als geschmiedetes Bauteil erh\u00e4ltlich, da es sich aufgrund seines extrem niedrigen Kohlenstoff- und Siliziumgehalts nicht f\u00fcr die Herstellung einer Gusslegierung eignet. UNS N06200 hat einen \u00e4hnlichen Chromgehalt wie UNS N06022, enth\u00e4lt aber mehr Molybd\u00e4n und eine kleine Menge Kupfer.
