Entfaltet die Summe des Drucks am Einlassende und des Drucks am Auslassende die Federkraft, \u00f6ffnet sich die Ventilklappe. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Solange ein Druckunterschied besteht, ist die Ventilklappe immer ge\u00f6ffnet, der \u00d6ffnungsgrad wird jedoch durch die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Druckunterschieds bestimmt. Wenn die Summe aus Druck am Auslassende und Federkraft gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als der Druckunterschied am Einlassende, ist die Ventilklappe geschlossen und bleibt immer geschlossen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Da das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen der Ventilklappe \u00fcber ein dynamisches Kraftausgleichssystem erfolgt, arbeitet das Ventil ausgeglichen und ger\u00e4uschlos, und das Wasserschlagph\u00e4nomen wird stark reduziert. Wenn der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsstr\u00f6mungsdruck das Ventil bei einer gro\u00dfen \u00d6ffnung nicht unterst\u00fctzen und eine stabile offene Position aufrechterhalten kann, k\u00f6nnen sich die Ventilklappe und die zugeh\u00f6rigen beweglichen Teile in einem Zustand kontinuierlicher Vibration befinden. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Um einen vorzeitigen Verschlei\u00df beweglicher Teile sowie Ger\u00e4usche oder Vibrationen bzw. einen Schwingungsbetrieb zu vermeiden, ist es erforderlich, die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des R\u00fcckschlagventils entsprechend dem Fl\u00fcssigkeitszustand auszuw\u00e4hlen. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Es kann erforderlich sein, das R\u00fcckschlagventil in einem offenen, stabilen EIN-Zustand zu halten. Die fr\u00fcheste Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgeschwindigkeit wird als die niedrigste Durchflussrate bezeichnet. Die Scheibe mit geringer Masse und geringer Tr\u00e4gheit durchl\u00e4uft einen kurzen Hub und ber\u00fchrt die Ventilsitzfl\u00e4che mit minimalem Aufprall.
