Merkmale des Industriekugelhahns:<\/h2>\n

1. Der Industriekugelhahn von ZECO verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein spezielles Brandschutzdesign und zwei Dichtungen, die erste ist eine elastische Dichtung und die zweite eine Metalldichtung. Im Brandfall wird zun\u00e4chst die elastische Dichtungsstruktur zerst\u00f6rt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird die Metalldichtung durch die Feder an die Kugel gedr\u00fcckt und dicht mit der Kugel abgedichtet, um ein Austreten des Mediums zu verhindern.<\/p>\n

2. Um beim Schalten des industriellen Kugelhahns elektrostatische Effekte und die daraus resultierende Gefahr von Entz\u00fcndung und Explosion zu vermeiden, sind in jedem Kugelhahnk\u00f6rper, jeder Kugel und jedem Schaft eine antistatische Vorrichtung bestehend aus einer Kugel und einer Feder aus rostfreiem Stahl eingebaut. Dadurch kann schnell statische Elektrizit\u00e4t von der Kugel des Ventils selbst zum Ventilk\u00f6rper gelangen und dort f\u00fcr eine reibungslose Abgabe sorgen.<\/p>\n

3. Um den Kugelhahn f\u00fcr den industriellen Einsatz in Rohrleitungen bei langfristiger Verwendung und einfacher Wartung zu verbessern, werden Schmierl\u00f6cher im Schaft und im Sitz angebracht, damit bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Wartung oder langfristiger Verwendung auftretende Mikrolecks einfach zu reparieren sind. Durch Einspritzen von Dichtungsfett wird die normale Verwendung des Kugelhahns in der Rohrleitung sichergestellt.<\/p>\n

4. ZECO-Industriekugelh\u00e4hne k\u00f6nnen je nach Kundenwunsch mit einer Epoxidbeschichtung von bis zu 1500 \u03bcm Dicke beschichtet werden, um den Hahn besser vor Korrosion zu sch\u00fctzen. Dieser Prozess kann den Kugelhahn unter bestimmten korrosiven Medienbedingungen wirksam vor Erosion durch das Medium sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n
