Aplicaciones de la brida est\u00e1ndar JIS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bridas se utilizan principalmente para conectar tuber\u00edas o para unir una tuber\u00eda a otro componente. La brida ciega se utiliza para cerrar el extremo de una tuber\u00eda, de modo que el flujo se detenga en el punto de instalaci\u00f3n de la brida ciega. Como la instalaci\u00f3n solo requiere atornillar dos bridas y las tuber\u00edas que est\u00e1n conectadas mediante bridas tambi\u00e9n se pueden desmontar f\u00e1cilmente. Brida deslizante de cara plana:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bridas Slip-On son las bridas para tuber\u00edas m\u00e1s populares que se utilizan para la inserci\u00f3n de tuber\u00eda en pozo. La brida deslizante es una opci\u00f3n conveniente para soldar en el cuello.  Puede alterar la longitud de la tuber\u00eda correspondiente. Este espacio permite que las personas que trabajan en el acceso a la brida se conecten f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este dise\u00f1o de brida es m\u00e1s com\u00fan en conjuntos de baja presi\u00f3n y se utiliza menos cuando un servicio de alto estr\u00e9s requiere una conexi\u00f3n superior al conjunto de tuber\u00eda. Esto se debe a que una brida deslizante aceptar\u00e1 una tuber\u00eda con una conexi\u00f3n soldada en \u00e1ngulo.  Por otro lado, una brida con cuello para soldar tiene un cubo reforzado en la carcasa que produce un extremo biselado para soldar conectado directamente a la conexi\u00f3n del extremo del tubo para soldar a tope. El cubo c\u00f3nico proporciona un mejor servicio en entornos de tensi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. En comparaci\u00f3n con el costo de una brida est\u00e1ndar, las bridas deslizantes tienen un costo de material m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Diferencias entre bridas de cara plana y de cara elevada:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal diferencia entre las bridas de cara plana y las bridas de cara elevada es el \u00e1rea elevada que rodea el orificio de la tuber\u00eda, mientras que la brida de cara plana no. Algunos materiales de bridas se da\u00f1an f\u00e1cilmente, mientras que las bridas de cara plana pueden resolver este problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bridas ciegas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una brida ciega es una placa circular con un orificio para perno y una superficie s\u00f3lida que se utiliza para sellar una tuber\u00eda o para crear el flujo final. Se utilizan ampliamente en las industrias petroqu\u00edmica, de servicios p\u00fablicos, de ingenier\u00eda de tuber\u00edas y de obras hidr\u00e1ulicas. La brida ciega se coloca entre dos bridas abiertas para evitar el flujo de l\u00edquido a trav\u00e9s de una tuber\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La brida ciega suele ser esencial cuando se realizan reparaciones o mantenimiento de tuber\u00edas, ya que el flujo en la tuber\u00eda debe detenerse para realizar el mantenimiento, aunque la v\u00e1lvula m\u00e1s cercana puede estar a kil\u00f3metros de distancia del lugar de reparaci\u00f3n. Como resultado, instalar una brida ciega en una tuber\u00eda es mucho m\u00e1s rentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Instalaci\u00f3n de Bridas:\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma general de instalar bridas es pasar un tubo y cerrarlo con un par de bridas macho y hembra, con una junta en el medio para evitar fugas y proporcionar un mejor sellado.
