La c\u00e1mara superior recibe suministro de aire a trav\u00e9s de una abertura en la parte superior de la carcasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e1mara inferior contiene un resorte que fuerza al diafragma contra topes mec\u00e1nicos en la c\u00e1mara superior. Finalmente, se conecta un indicador local al v\u00e1stago para indicar la posici\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La posici\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula se controla variando la presi\u00f3n del aire de suministro en la c\u00e1mara superior. Adem\u00e1s, si la presi\u00f3n de suministro se mantiene constante en alg\u00fan valor entre cero y el m\u00e1ximo, la v\u00e1lvula se posicionar\u00e1 en una posici\u00f3n intermedia. El actuador neum\u00e1tico de la Figura 1 se muestra en la Figura 2 con un controlador y un posicionador agregados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El controlador genera una se\u00f1al de salida que representa la posici\u00f3n demandada. Esta se\u00f1al se env\u00eda al posicionador. Esto, a su vez, corrige la desviaci\u00f3n de la variable controlada respecto del punto de ajuste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, a medida que aumenta la se\u00f1al de control, una v\u00e1lvula dentro del posicionador admite m\u00e1s suministro de aire al actuador. Como resultado, la v\u00e1lvula de control se mueve hacia abajo. El varillaje transmite la informaci\u00f3n de posici\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula al posicionador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto forma un peque\u00f1o circuito de retroalimentaci\u00f3n interno para el actuador. Cuando la v\u00e1lvula alcanza la posici\u00f3n que se correlaciona con la se\u00f1al de control, el varillaje deja de suministrar flujo de aire al actuador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto hace que el actuador se detenga. Por otro lado, si la se\u00f1al de control disminuye, otra v\u00e1lvula dentro del posicionador se abre y permite que la presi\u00f3n del aire de suministro disminuya venteando el aire de suministro. Esto hace que la v\u00e1lvula se mueva hacia arriba y se abra. Cuando la v\u00e1lvula se ha abierto a la posici\u00f3n adecuada, el posicionador deja de ventilar el aire del actuador y detiene el movimiento de la v\u00e1lvula de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de los actuadores neum\u00e1ticos de diafragma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los beneficios de los actuadores neum\u00e1ticos provienen de su simplicidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aplicaciones t\u00edpicas de los actuadores neum\u00e1ticos involucran \u00e1reas donde las condiciones involucran temperaturas extremas, un rango de temperatura t\u00edpico es de -40 \u00b0F a 250 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de seguridad e inspecci\u00f3n, el uso de actuadores neum\u00e1ticos y neum\u00e1ticos evita el uso de materiales peligrosos. Las limitaciones del compresor y del suministro de aire significan que las operaciones a presiones m\u00e1s bajas tendr\u00e1n fuerzas m\u00e1s bajas y velocidades m\u00e1s lentas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ser verdaderamente eficientes, los actuadores neum\u00e1ticos deben dimensionarse para un trabajo espec\u00edfico. Por tanto, no se pueden utilizar para otras aplicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el aire est\u00e1 f\u00e1cilmente disponible, puede estar contaminado por aceite o lubricaci\u00f3n, lo que provoca tiempos de inactividad y mantenimiento.
