Si esta \u00faltima se abre completamente, la presi\u00f3n dentro de la c\u00e1mara de control se pondr\u00e1 en comunicaci\u00f3n con la corriente abajo, permitiendo la apertura total de la v\u00e1lvula principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valve-modulating\">Modulaci\u00f3n de v\u00e1lvula<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se estrangula el regulador de flujo (F), se acumular\u00e1 presi\u00f3n entre \u00e9l y la c\u00e1mara de control, lo que har\u00e1 que la v\u00e1lvula module en consecuencia a una posici\u00f3n intermedia. Esto se obtiene gracias a la diferencia de presi\u00f3n creada por la restricci\u00f3n (R) y a la diferencia de secci\u00f3n entre el plano superior que act\u00faa sobre el diafragma y el obturador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valve-closing-1\">Cierre de v\u00e1lvula<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el regulador de flujo (F) est\u00e1 completamente cerrado, toda la presi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea aguas arriba se desv\u00eda a la c\u00e1mara de control principal. El bloque m\u00f3vil se mueve por la fuerza ejercida sobre la parte superior del diafragma empujando el obturador hacia abajo sobre el asiento, interrumpiendo el flujo a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00e1lvula Los niveles alto y bajo se pueden ajustar por separado colocando collares de tope en las varillas del flotador en los puntos de ajuste de apertura y cierre deseados. Si lo desea, la acci\u00f3n de apertura y cierre de la v\u00e1lvula se puede revertir modificando las conexiones hidr\u00e1ulicas del piloto de flotador de encendido y apagado. La v\u00e1lvula, que detecta la presi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea, se abre en respuesta a la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n asociada con la parada abrupta de la bomba. La v\u00e1lvula preabierta disipa la onda de alta presi\u00f3n que regresa, eliminando el aumento repentino. La v\u00e1lvula anticipadora de sobretensi\u00f3n cierra suavemente y herm\u00e9ticamente tan r\u00e1pido como lo permite la funci\u00f3n de alivio, evitando al mismo tiempo la sobretensi\u00f3n de cierre. Son v\u00e1lvulas de diafragma accionadas hidr\u00e1ulicamente y controladas por piloto. El control piloto responde a la presi\u00f3n diferencial producida a trav\u00e9s de una placa de orificio instalada aguas abajo de la v\u00e1lvula. Se garantiza un control preciso ya que cambios muy peque\u00f1os en la presi\u00f3n diferencial de control producen una acci\u00f3n correctiva inmediata de la v\u00e1lvula principal.
