V\u00e1lvulas de bola<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las v\u00e1lvulas de bola est\u00e1n disponibles en varios materiales y tama\u00f1os. V\u00e1lvulas de compuerta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La funci\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula de compuerta es iniciar o detener un flujo cuando se necesita un flujo rectil\u00edneo de fluido y una restricci\u00f3n m\u00ednima del caudal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su uso, las v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta se mantienen totalmente abiertas o totalmente cerradas. El disco de la compuerta se retira completamente cuando se gira para abrirla, permitiendo el paso del contenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventajas: flujo rectil\u00edneo del fluido en ambos sentidos, baja ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n.<br>Desventajas: de acci\u00f3n lenta, ocupa mucho espacio. No gotea cierre herm\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. V\u00e1lvulas de globo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si desea detener el flujo de aire, puede cerrar la v\u00e1lvula de globo mediante un pist\u00f3n en forma de tap\u00f3n. Al girar el accionamiento, la v\u00e1lvula lineal se abre y se cierra. Gracias al roscado del v\u00e1stago, esta v\u00e1lvula puede abrirse a distintos niveles. La popularidad de este tipo de v\u00e1lvula en la industria petroqu\u00edmica se debe precisamente a este hecho. Dependiendo del grado de estrangulamiento necesario, se puede reducir el tama\u00f1o de apertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. V\u00e1lvulas de retenci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para las refiner\u00edas de gas, las v\u00e1lvulas antirretorno son muy \u00fatiles, ya que el dispositivo se abre bajo presi\u00f3n y no permite el reflujo de fluido o material. Al restringirse el reflujo, se evita la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada del producto. Es decir, distintos materiales pueden utilizar la misma tuber\u00eda. Sin embargo, s\u00ed necesita una instalaci\u00f3n precisa para garantizar que la respuesta a la presi\u00f3n del fluido se produce seg\u00fan lo requerido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. V\u00e1lvulas de tap\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una v\u00e1lvula de macho es tambi\u00e9n una v\u00e1lvula lineal, pero tiene un pist\u00f3n m\u00e1s ancho que una v\u00e1lvula de globo. Aunque puede no ser ideal para estrangular, puede aguantar el tipo en tuber\u00edas de alta presi\u00f3n o alta temperatura.
