El per\u00edodo de garant\u00eda del equipo es de 18 meses. ZECO ofrece una garant\u00eda gratuita para todos los equipos suministrados. Una vez que se encuentren problemas de calidad, como da\u00f1os en las piezas del equipo, las reemplazaremos sin cargo.

Durante el per\u00edodo de garant\u00eda, designaremos un agente de servicio para brindar servicios de seguimiento de calidad. Realizar devoluci\u00f3n de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas trimestralmente, registrar y resolver problemas en detalle, establecer expedientes de usuarios, cartas de contacto y dar seguimiento al servicio. Proporcionar una respuesta oportuna a las consultas y requisitos del cliente y llevar a cabo activamente el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n
