En caso de altas concentraciones de ox\u00edgeno, esto puede provocar la ignici\u00f3n de partes de la instalaci\u00f3n si en la v\u00e1lvula hay impurezas de cualquier tipo junto con materiales o lubricantes inadecuados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los tres puntos esenciales en la producci\u00f3n de v\u00e1lvulas de ox\u00edgeno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Selecci\u00f3n de materiales met\u00e1licos adecuados para el ox\u00edgeno.<ul><li>Las piezas en contacto con el medio deben estar fabricadas de materiales met\u00e1licos adecuados para ox\u00edgeno. A la hora de seleccionar los materiales adecuados, seguimos el est\u00e1ndar de ox\u00edgeno IGC de la EIGA europea. Esta norma indica que ya no se pueden utilizar acero al carbono ni acero inoxidable a presiones m\u00e1s altas, sino s\u00f3lo los llamados &quot;materiales especiales exentos&quot;. The oxygen valve is the typical \u201cimpact occasion\u201d.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nOxygen valve is a type of special valve designed for an oxygen pipeline and has been widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other industries involving oxygen. The material of the oxygen valve is limited to working pressure and flow rate to prevent the collision of particles and impurities in the pipeline. The use of organic materials in contact with oxygen should be avoided, particularly when the material is directly in the flow stream. When an organic material must be used for parts such as valve seats, diaphragms, or packing, it is preferable to select a material with the highest ignition temperature, the lowest specific heat, and the necessary mechanical properties.\r\nLubricants and sealing compounds should be used only if they are suitable for oxygen service and then used sparingly.
