El fluido que fluye a trav\u00e9s de las v\u00e1lvulas de bola API 6D fluye a trav\u00e9s del orificio de bola. Para abrir la v\u00e1lvula de bola API 6D, la bola se hace girar girando el volante o usando un actuador para v\u00e1lvulas accionadas. La bola est\u00e1 conectada al volante o al actuador a trav\u00e9s del v\u00e1stago. El v\u00e1stago transmite el par necesario para abrir\/cerrar la v\u00e1lvula a la bola. Cuando la bola gira, el orificio de la bola se alinea con la tuber\u00eda que transporta el fluido. Esto hace que el fluido fluya a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00e1lvula. Sin embargo, la conexi\u00f3n soldada hace que la v\u00e1lvula de bola API 6D no tenga fugas de fluido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el est\u00e1ndar API 609?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma API 609 cubre el dise\u00f1o, los materiales, las dimensiones entre caras, las clasificaciones de presi\u00f3n y temperatura y los requisitos de examen, inspecci\u00f3n y prueba para v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa de hierro gris, hierro d\u00factil, bronce, acero, aleaciones a base de n\u00edquel o aleaciones especiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se incluyen las siguientes dos categor\u00edas de v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Categor\u00eda A: v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa de presi\u00f3n de trabajo en fr\u00edo (CWP) nominales del fabricante, generalmente con una configuraci\u00f3n de disco y asiento conc\u00e9ntricos. Los tama\u00f1os cubiertos son NPS 2 a NPS 60 para v\u00e1lvulas que tienen patrones de pernos de brida ASME Clase 125 o Clase 150.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Categor\u00eda B: v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa clase ASME y con clasificaci\u00f3n presi\u00f3n-temperatura que tienen un asiento desplazado y una configuraci\u00f3n de disco exc\u00e9ntrica o conc\u00e9ntrica.
