La Classe 300 <strong>bride<\/strong> peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 plus de pression que la Classe 150, car la Classe 300 <strong>bride<\/strong> doit \u00eatre fait de plus de mat\u00e9riau pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une plus grande pression. Cependant, la capacit\u00e9 de pression de la bride d\u00e9pend de nombreux facteurs. La pression nominale du <strong>bride<\/strong> est exprim\u00e9 en livres et une pression nominale a une repr\u00e9sentation diff\u00e9rente. Par exemple, 150Lb, 150Lbs, 150# et Class 150 signifient la m\u00eame chose.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-examples-of-pressure-rating\">Exemples de pression nominale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 portante des brides varie en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature. \u00c0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature augmente, la capacit\u00e9 portante de la bride diminue. Par exemple, la bride de classe 150 a une capacit\u00e9 de pression de 270 PSIG \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ; a une capacit\u00e9 de pression de 180 PSIG \u00e0 400 \u2109\u00a0; a une capacit\u00e9 de pression de 150 PSIG \u00e0 600 \u2109\u00a0; a une capacit\u00e9 de pression de 75 PSIG \u00e0 800 \u2109.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u2019autres termes, lorsque la pression diminue, la temp\u00e9rature augmente et vice versa. Les brides de vanne peuvent \u00eatre constitu\u00e9es d&#039;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux, tels que l&#039;acier inoxydable, la fonte, la fonte ductile, l&#039;acier au carbone, etc., chacun ayant une pression nominale diff\u00e9rente. La figure suivante montre un exemple de bride en NPS12. Comme vous pouvez le constater, le diam\u00e8tre du trou int\u00e9rieur et de la face de la bride est le m\u00eame. Cependant, le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de la bride, le diam\u00e8tre du cercle central du trou de boulon et le diam\u00e8tre du trou de boulon augmentent avec l&#039;augmentation du niveau de pression. La m\u00e9thode d&#039;insertion lin\u00e9aire peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la temp\u00e9rature interm\u00e9diaire, mais l&#039;insertion entre les niveaux de bride n&#039;est pas autoris\u00e9e. Les joints \u00e0 bride peuvent convenir aux valeurs pression-temp\u00e9rature si les boulons et les joints des joints \u00e0 bride r\u00e9pondent aux limitations pertinentes et que l&#039;alignement et l&#039;assemblage des joints \u00e0 bride sont conformes aux normes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature nominale correspondant \u00e0 la pression nominale est la temp\u00e9rature du bo\u00eetier du r\u00e9cipient sous pression de la bride et du tuyau \u00e0 bride. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cette temp\u00e9rature est la m\u00eame que la temp\u00e9rature du fluide stock\u00e9.
