La limite d&#039;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 ne peut pas \u00eatre augment\u00e9e par traitement thermique mais peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par formage \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-magnetic-property\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de la large application de l\u2019acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique, cela donne aux gens la fausse impression que tous les aciers inoxydables ne sont pas magn\u00e9tiques. L&#039;acier inoxydable aust\u00e9nitique peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme non magn\u00e9tique, tout comme l&#039;acier forg\u00e9 tremp\u00e9. Si le mat\u00e9riau est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 450\u00b0C et 900\u00b0C, la structure du mat\u00e9riau change et du carbure de chrome se forme le long des bords du cristal. Ainsi, une couche protectrice d&#039;oxyde de chrome ne peut pas \u00eatre form\u00e9e au bord du cristal, ce qui entra\u00eene une diminution de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion. Ce type de corrosion est appel\u00e9 \u00ab corrosion intergranulaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, l\u2019inox 304L et l\u2019inox 316L sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 ce genre de corrosion. L\u2019acier inoxydable 304L et l\u2019acier inoxydable 316L ont une teneur en carbone plus faible. En raison de la teneur r\u00e9duite en carbone, le carbure de chrome n&#039;est pas produit et aucune corrosion intergranulaire ne se produit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient de noter qu\u2019une sensibilit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 la corrosion intergranulaire ne signifie pas que les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone sont plus sensibles \u00e0 la corrosion. Cette sensibilit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans les environnements riches en chlore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es (450\u00b0C \u2013 900\u00b0C). Habituellement, la soudure est la cause directe de l\u2019atteinte de cette temp\u00e9rature.
