Ce processus de filtrage m\u00e9canique est rendu possible via un \u00e9l\u00e9ment filtrant compos\u00e9 d&#039;un treillis, de m\u00e9tal perfor\u00e9 ou d&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de filtrage en fil de coin. Le type d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de filtrage le plus courant est le treillis m\u00e9tallique. Certains incluent \u00e9galement \u00ab des vannes de soufflage qui facilitent le processus de nettoyage dans les applications o\u00f9 les salet\u00e9s sont souffl\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re plus importante. La cr\u00e9pine elle-m\u00eame a une conception compacte en forme de Y. La forme en Y pr\u00e9sente de meilleures caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;\u00e9coulement que par exemple une cr\u00e9pine en forme de T, car le fluide s&#039;\u00e9coule \u00e0 travers le filtre avec moins de changement de direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif du filtre de type Y<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but du filtre en Y est d&#039;\u00e9liminer les particules ind\u00e9sirables de la vapeur, du gaz ou du liquide \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de filtrage g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9 d&#039;un treillis m\u00e9tallique. L\u2019utilisation de ce processus m\u00e9canique dans les pipelines permet de tout prot\u00e9ger, des pompes aux purgeurs de vapeur. Les cr\u00e9pines en Y sont parfois con\u00e7ues avec des \u00ab vannes de soufflage \u00bb pour faciliter le processus de nettoyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus grand avantage de la cr\u00e9pine de type Y est peut-\u00eatre sa flexibilit\u00e9. Il peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 en position verticale ou horizontale, selon les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des utilisateurs. Bien que ce type de cr\u00e9pine soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 une option rentable, la taille des cr\u00e9pines peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite pour \u00e9conomiser encore plus d&#039;argent. tr\u00e8s rentables dans de nombreuses applications. Lorsque la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9liminer du flux est relativement faible, ce qui entra\u00eene de longs intervalles entre les nettoyages du tamis, le tamis du tamis est nettoy\u00e9 manuellement en arr\u00eatant la conduite et en retirant le capuchon du tamis. Pour les applications avec une charge de salet\u00e9 plus importante, les Y-Strainers peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#039;un raccord \u00ab\u00a0soufflage\u00a0\u00bb qui permet de nettoyer le tamis sans le retirer du corps du filtre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filtres en Y sont utilis\u00e9s dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;applications de filtrage de liquides pour prot\u00e9ger les composants du syst\u00e8me de traitement en aval dans de nombreuses industries, notamment\u00a0: le traitement chimique, le p\u00e9trole, la production d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et le secteur maritime. Les applications de traitement de l&#039;eau, dans lesquelles les filtres en Y sont utilis\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipements qui pourraient \u00eatre endommag\u00e9s ou obstru\u00e9s par du sable, du gravier ou d&#039;autres d\u00e9bris ind\u00e9sirables, sont tr\u00e8s courantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien qu&#039;il soit souvent utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreux types d&#039;applications de liquides, un filtre en Y est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la norme pour les applications de vapeur et est presque universellement utilis\u00e9 pour ces applications. Sa forme compacte et cylindrique est tr\u00e8s solide et peut supporter des pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Il s\u2019agit litt\u00e9ralement d\u2019un r\u00e9cipient sous pression. Les cr\u00e9pines en Y qui supportent des pressions allant jusqu&#039;\u00e0 6 000 psi ne sont pas rares. Bien entendu, dans ces cas-l\u00e0, la conception du filtre est essentielle afin qu\u2019il puisse r\u00e9sister \u00e0 ces pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es sans crainte de panne. Lorsque de la vapeur \u00e0 haute pression est manipul\u00e9e, un autre facteur de complication appara\u00eet : la temp\u00e9rature. Avec des pressions de vapeur de 1 500 psi ou plus, l&#039;acier au carbone standard n&#039;est parfois pas adapt\u00e9 car la temp\u00e9rature de la vapeur peut \u00eatre de 1 000\u00b0 F ou plus. Dans ces cas, le corps du Y-Strainer est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en acier chrome-molybd\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre la vapeur, les filtres en Y sont souvent utilis\u00e9s dans les applications d&#039;air et de gaz naturel. L\u00e0 encore, les hautes pressions ne sont pas rares.
