Le sujet d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui concerne certains types de connexions de vannes courants, notamment les brides (RF, FF, RTJ), les vis (NPT, BSPT), les soudures (Butt Weld, Socket Weld) ainsi que certains codes et normes pour ces connexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-valve-connection-type\">Type de connexion de vanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connexion \u00e0 bride<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le type de connexion \u00e0 bride est la connexion la plus simple \u00e0 installer ou \u00e0 d\u00e9sinstaller d\u2019un pipeline. Cette bride est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e en raison de ses surfaces de joint sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es au-dessus de la face du cercle de boulonnage. Les applications utilisant des brides \u00e0 face plate sont fr\u00e9quemment celles dans lesquelles la bride d&#039;accouplement ou le raccord \u00e0 bride est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&#039;un moulage (par exemple vannes en bronze et en fer). Ils fournissent une connexion compacte et simplifi\u00e9e entre la vanne et le tuyau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NPT \u2013 Filetages coniques nationaux pour tuyaux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une norme am\u00e9ricaine pour les filetages coniques utilis\u00e9s sur les tuyaux et raccords filet\u00e9s. Contrairement aux filetages droits comme ceux que l&#039;on trouve sur un boulon, un filetage conique sera serr\u00e9 et r\u00e9alisera donc un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides. Du ruban adh\u00e9sif ou un compos\u00e9 pour tuyaux doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur les filetages pour assurer une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aux fluides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BSPT \u2013 Filetages coniques standard britanniques<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette norme est similaire au NPT, o\u00f9 les parties filet\u00e9es de la connexion sont coniques. La seule diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans l\u2019angle des flancs du filetage. L&#039;angle entre la racine et la cr\u00eate sur les filetages BSPT est de 55\u00b0 contre 60\u00b0 pour le NPT. Il est possible qu&#039;un NPT m\u00e2le s&#039;ins\u00e8re dans un BSPT femelle, mais en raison de la diff\u00e9rence d&#039;angle de filetage, un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides ne sera pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BSPP \u2013 Filetages de tuyaux parall\u00e8les aux normes britanniques<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de filetage ne forme PAS un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides comme le font les filetages coniques. L&#039;utilisation d&#039;un joint souple est n\u00e9cessaire pour ce faire. Ces fils rassembleront les 2 pi\u00e8ces d&#039;accouplement et compresseront le joint souple entre les surfaces planes de chaque composant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connexion d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 soud\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les connexions soud\u00e9es sont utilis\u00e9es l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019absence de fuite est importante pour le syst\u00e8me. Cela se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et haute pression. Il est \u00e9galement courant d&#039;utiliser des connexions soud\u00e9es avec des fluides chimiquement dangereux. Des professionnels qualifi\u00e9s doivent r\u00e9aliser des connexions soud\u00e9es. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un type de connexion permanent. Il existe deux principaux types de raccords soud\u00e9s pour vannes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connexions soud\u00e9es par embo\u00eetement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de connexion soud\u00e9e a un diam\u00e8tre de vanne plus grand que le diam\u00e8tre du tuyau, de sorte que le tuyau peut s&#039;ins\u00e9rer dans l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l&#039;embo\u00eeture de la vanne. La soudure est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e autour du bord de l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la vanne reli\u00e9e au tuyau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connexions soud\u00e9es bout \u00e0 bout<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette connexion soud\u00e9e, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des vannes et les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tuyaux ont le m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre. Les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de connexion sont plac\u00e9es l&#039;une contre l&#039;autre et rainur\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un espace pour la soudure. La soudure est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e autour des rebords du raccord. L&#039;utilisation de boulons pour connecter deux canalisations, raccords ou \u00e9quipements est appel\u00e9e connexion \u00e0 bride. \u00c9galement entre ces deux brides, vous devez ajouter des joints de bride pour fixer la connexion. Certains raccords et \u00e9quipements qui poss\u00e8dent d\u00e9j\u00e0 eux-m\u00eames des plaques \u00e0 bride appartiennent \u00e9galement au raccordement \u00e0 bride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La nouvelle bride standard peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en un <\/strong>bride de raccordement \u00e0 vis et bride soud\u00e9e. Les situations de basse pression et de petit diam\u00e8tre conviennent aux brides m\u00e9talliques, tandis que les brides soud\u00e9es sont plus souvent utilis\u00e9es dans les situations de haute\/basse pression et de grand diam\u00e8tre. Les brides ayant une pression diff\u00e9rente auront des \u00e9paisseurs diff\u00e9rentes, ainsi que le diam\u00e8tre et la quantit\u00e9 de boulons de connexion. En fonction du niveau de pression, les joints de bride seront \u00e9galement constitu\u00e9s de divers mat\u00e9riaux, tels que des joints en amiante basse pression, des joints en amiante haute pression, des joints m\u00e9talliques, etc. Disponible pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le raccordement \u00e0 bride est facile \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau raccord \u00e0 bride standard a une large application dans les canalisations industrielles. Au sein de la famille, il n&#039;est pas possible de voir le raccordement \u00e0 bride en raison du petit diam\u00e8tre du tuyau et de la faible pression. Following international flange standards such as ISO 7005-1 or DIN 2501, PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40 specify both pressure classes in pressure bars and metric flange dimensions that use the metric measuring system.
