La forme la plus courante d\u2019Hastelloy moul\u00e9 pour les vannes est l\u2019A494 CW12MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce que l&#039;alliage Hastelloy\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;alliage Hastelloy est un m\u00e9lange m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion \u00e0 base de nickel. Voici quelques-uns des environnements dans lesquels l&#039;Hastelloy est totalement r\u00e9sistant*.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cat\u00e9gories de mat\u00e9riaux en alliage Hastelloy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus polyvalent des alliages Hastelloy est le \u00ab type C \u00bb. Les alliages Hastelloy c comprennent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>C-276 \u2013 Un alliage polyvalent et r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion. Il pr\u00e9sente une tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9sistance aux corrosifs r\u00e9ducteurs et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement oxydants. Excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fissuration par corrosion sous contrainte avec une tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9sistance aux attaques localis\u00e9es.<\/li><li>C-2000 Comme toutes les nuances Hastelloy, l&#039;alliage C-2000 combine une r\u00e9sistance exceptionnelle aux milieux oxydants avec une r\u00e9sistance sup\u00e9rieure aux environnements non oxydants et repr\u00e9sente une v\u00e9ritable perc\u00e9e en termes de performances pour les applications d&#039;\u00e9quipement de traitement chimique. \u00a0<\/li><li>C-22 Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;Hastelloy C-22 le rendent particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion par piq\u00fbres et fissures.
