La chambre sup\u00e9rieure re\u00e7oit de l&#039;air d&#039;alimentation via une ouverture situ\u00e9e dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La chambre inf\u00e9rieure contient un ressort qui force le diaphragme contre les but\u00e9es m\u00e9caniques de la chambre sup\u00e9rieure. Enfin, un indicateur local est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la tige pour indiquer la position de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La position de la vanne est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en faisant varier la pression de l&#039;air d&#039;alimentation dans la chambre sup\u00e9rieure. Cela se traduit par une force variable sur le dessus du diaphragme. Initialement, sans apport d&#039;air, le ressort pousse le diaphragme vers le haut contre les but\u00e9es m\u00e9caniques et maintient la vanne compl\u00e8tement ouverte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que la pression de l&#039;air d&#039;alimentation augmente \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro, sa force sur le dessus du diaphragme commence \u00e0 vaincre la force oppos\u00e9e du ressort. Cela provoque le d\u00e9placement du diaphragme vers le bas et la fermeture de la vanne de r\u00e9gulation. Avec une alimentation en pression d&#039;air croissante, le diaphragme continuera \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer vers le bas et \u00e0 comprimer le ressort jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la vanne de r\u00e9gulation soit compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, si la pression d\u2019alimentation en air diminue, le ressort commencera \u00e0 forcer le diaphragme vers le haut et ouvrira la vanne de r\u00e9gulation. Par cons\u00e9quent, la vanne peut \u00eatre positionn\u00e9e n&#039;importe o\u00f9 entre compl\u00e8tement ouverte et compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse aux changements de pression d&#039;air d&#039;alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un positionneur est un dispositif qui r\u00e9gule l&#039;alimentation en pression d&#039;air d&#039;un actionneur pneumatique. Pour ce faire, il compare la position demand\u00e9e de l&#039;actionneur avec la position r\u00e9elle de la vanne de r\u00e9gulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La position demand\u00e9e est transmise par un signal de commande pneumatique ou \u00e9lectrique d&#039;un contr\u00f4leur au positionneur. L&#039;actionneur pneumatique de la figure 1 est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur la figure 2 avec un contr\u00f4leur et un positionneur ajout\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contr\u00f4leur g\u00e9n\u00e8re un signal de sortie qui repr\u00e9sente la position demand\u00e9e. Ce signal est envoy\u00e9 au positionneur. \u00c0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur, le positionneur se compose d&#039;une connexion d&#039;entr\u00e9e pour le signal de commande (4-20 mA), d&#039;une connexion d&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;air d&#039;alimentation d&#039;instrument, d&#039;une connexion de sortie d&#039;air d&#039;alimentation, d&#039;une connexion d&#039;\u00e9vent d&#039;air d&#039;alimentation et d&#039;une liaison de r\u00e9troaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En interne, il contient un r\u00e9seau complexe de transducteurs \u00e9lectriques, de conduites d&#039;air, de vannes, de liaisons et d&#039;ajustements n\u00e9cessaires. Lorsque la vanne a atteint la position demand\u00e9e par le contr\u00f4leur, le positionneur arr\u00eate le changement de pression d&#039;air d&#039;alimentation et maintient la vanne \u00e0 la nouvelle position.
