Les exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#039;essais au feu pour les actionneurs (par exemple \u00e9lectriques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques) autres que les actionneurs manuels ou autres m\u00e9canismes similaires (lorsqu&#039;ils font partie de l&#039;ensemble de vanne normal) ne sont pas couvertes par cette norme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce que l&#039;API 6FA\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;objectif de la norme API 6FA est d&#039;\u00e9tablir les exigences relatives aux tests et \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9valuation des performances en mati\u00e8re de pression des vannes API 6A et API 6D lorsqu&#039;elles sont expos\u00e9es au feu. Les exigences de performance de cette norme \u00e9tablissent des crit\u00e8res de qualification pour toutes les tailles et toutes les pressions nominales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette norme s&#039;applique aux vannes comportant un ou plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fermeture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme API 6FA \u00e9tablit des niveaux acceptables de fuite \u00e0 travers la vanne de test et de fuite externe apr\u00e8s une exposition \u00e0 un incendie pendant une p\u00e9riode de 30 minutes. La p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai d\u2019exposition au feu a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie en partant du principe qu\u2019elle repr\u00e9sente le temps maximum requis pour \u00e9teindre la plupart des incendies. Les incendies de plus longue dur\u00e9e sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant d&#039;une ampleur majeure, avec des cons\u00e9quences plus importantes que celles anticip\u00e9es dans cet essai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme API 6FA n&#039;est pas destin\u00e9e \u00e0 traiter de la qualification des actionneurs de vannes (y compris les r\u00e9ducteurs \u00e0 commande manuelle). Cette norme ne couvre pas les clapets anti-retour, les p\u00e9n\u00e9trations dans les enveloppes de pression, les raccords externes ou les connexions d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce qu&#039;une soupape de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une protection incendie fiable est une exigence pour les vannes industrielles dans les applications sensibles o\u00f9 les accidents d&#039;incendie peuvent survenir facilement. Les vannes utilis\u00e9es dans les industries p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re, de raffinage, chimique et p\u00e9trochimique doivent garantir une fermeture fiable et s\u00fbre en cas d&#039;incendie. La conception r\u00e9sistante au feu est un crit\u00e8re important pour de telles vannes industrielles. Le terme s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 de la vanne \u00e0 minimiser la quantit\u00e9 de processus perdu (fuite) en aval ou dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re apr\u00e8s un essai incendie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes industrielles ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de risque d&#039;incendie. Pour les vannes utilis\u00e9es dans les industries p\u00e9troli\u00e8res et gazi\u00e8res, l&#039;American Petroleum Institute (API) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des tests d&#039;incendie. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de perfectionnement, les normes API 607, ISO 10497, API 6FA, BS 6755 et BS 5146 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9es comme normes d&#039;essais incendie des vannes. Il existe quelques autres normes et proc\u00e9dures comme API RP6F, FM 6033, Exxon BP3-14-1, OCMA FSV-1, etc. En utilisant ces normes comme lignes directrices, de nombreuses organisations \u00e9laborent leur propre proc\u00e9dure interne pour les vannes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une strat\u00e9gie de lutte contre les incendies universellement accept\u00e9e mentionne que si un incendie n&#039;est pas ma\u00eetris\u00e9 dans une demi-heure, une politique de retrait et de confinement est institu\u00e9e. Des d\u00e9faillances structurelles telles que des ruptures de boulons de bride, des effondrements de supports de tuyaux et des \u00e9ruptions de b\u00e9ton se produiront. Sur la base de ce concept, une dur\u00e9e d&#039;essai au feu d&#039;une demi-heure (30 minutes) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conception anti-incendie vs
