Causes des fuites internes du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique pendant la construction\u00a0:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un transport et un levage inappropri\u00e9s peuvent endommager globalement le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique, entra\u00eenant une fuite interne du robinet\u00a0;<\/li><li>En quittant l&#039;usine, le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9ch\u00e9 ni trait\u00e9 anticorrosion apr\u00e8s la fin de la pression hydraulique, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une corrosion de la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et des fuites internes\u00a0;<\/li><li>La protection sur le chantier n&#039;est pas en place, aucune plaque aveugle n&#039;est install\u00e9e aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la vanne, l&#039;eau de pluie, le sable et d&#039;autres impuret\u00e9s p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le si\u00e8ge de la vanne, provoquant des fuites\u00a0;<\/li><li>Lors de l&#039;installation, aucune graisse lubrifiante n&#039;a \u00e9t\u00e9 inject\u00e9e dans le si\u00e8ge de soupape, provoquant la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d&#039;impuret\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;arri\u00e8re du si\u00e8ge de soupape ou une fuite interne caus\u00e9e par une br\u00fblure pendant le soudage\u00a0;<\/li><li>Si le robinet \u00e0 bille n&#039;est pas install\u00e9 en position compl\u00e8tement ouverte, la bille sera endommag\u00e9e par les projections de soudure. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il faut le laisser tremper pendant au moins une demi-heure. Si n\u00e9cessaire, il peut \u00eatre tremp\u00e9 pendant plusieurs heures, voire plusieurs jours, et le traitement suivant doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 une fois toutes les substances solidifi\u00e9es dissoutes. Dans ce processus, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&#039;ouvrir et de fermer la vanne mobile plusieurs fois.<\/li><li>Remplissez de graisse lubrifiante, ouvrez et fermez la vanne par intermittence, \u00e9vacuez les impuret\u00e9s de la cavit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re et scellez la surface du si\u00e8ge de vanne.<\/li><li>V\u00e9rifiez en position compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e. S&#039;il y a toujours une fuite, injectez la graisse d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e et ouvrez en m\u00eame temps la chambre de la vanne pour la purger, afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une grande diff\u00e9rence de pression, ce qui facilite l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.
