Une structure simple avec une excellente technique de moulage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, il pr\u00e9sente des lacunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Espace d&#039;installation spacieux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa forme et \u00e0 la hauteur d&#039;ouverture.<\/li><li>2. Abrasion accidentelle entre les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 due \u00e0 l&#039;interrupteur marche\/arr\u00eat.<\/li><li>3. Certains robinets \u00e0 vanne parall\u00e8les disposent d&#039;un ressort entre les deux vannes, d&#039;o\u00f9 une force de serrage permettant une meilleure \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le robinet-vanne \u00e0 coin : Un robinet-vanne avec deux surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 en forme de coin, qui forment un certain angle avec la ligne centrale verticale.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalement bas\u00e9 sur la temp\u00e9rature du fluide, l&#039;angle de la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2\u00b052&#039;, 3\u00b030&#039;, 5\u00b0, 8\u00b0 et 10\u00b0. Il est donc massivement adopt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Classification par tige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le robinet-vanne \u00e0 tige ext\u00e9rieure\u00a0: Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9crou de tige rotatif dans le chapeau ou le support, la tige peut \u00eatre soulev\u00e9e pour r\u00e9aliser l&#039;ouverture et la fermeture du robinet-vanne. Cette structure est largement appliqu\u00e9e en raison de sa lubrification favorable \u00e0 la tige et de ses va-et-vient \u00e9vidents \u00e0 l&#039;op\u00e9ration.<\/li><li>Le robinet-vanne \u00e0 tige int\u00e9rieure : L&#039;\u00e9crou de tige \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du corps est directement en contact avec le fluide. Par la tige rotative pour r\u00e9aliser la marche et l&#039;arr\u00eat du robinet-vanne. Ses avantages sont qu&#039;il convient aux gros calibres ou aux espaces d&#039;installation limit\u00e9s car la hauteur totale immuable diminue l&#039;espace d&#039;installation n\u00e9cessaire et qu&#039;il fournit un indicateur pour montrer son marche et son arr\u00eat. L&#039;inconv\u00e9nient est que les filetages de tige ne peuvent ni \u00eatre lubrifi\u00e9s ni prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre l&#039;\u00e9rosion en cas de contact direct avec le fluide. Il est donc facile d\u2019\u00eatre endommag\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-third-the-diameter-shrinkage-of-the-gate-valve\">Troisi\u00e8mement, le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement du diam\u00e8tre du robinet-vanne.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le diam\u00e8tre est diff\u00e9rent quelque part dans le canal du corps (il arrive souvent que la taille du si\u00e8ge soit plus petite que celle de la connexion \u00e0 bride), ce que l&#039;on appelle le retrait du diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le retrait peut r\u00e9duire la taille et \u00e9largir la plage d&#039;application des pi\u00e8ces et r\u00e9duire l&#039;effort n\u00e9cessaire pour allumer et \u00e9teindre.
