Retirez toute peinture, graisse, huile et autres corps \u00e9trangers de la zone de soudure. Appliquez ensuite de la chaleur avec pr\u00e9caution et lentement sur la zone de soudure pendant une courte p\u00e9riode pour \u00e9liminer le gaz emprisonn\u00e9 dans le m\u00e9tal de base.<br>Une technique souvent utilis\u00e9e pour tester la propret\u00e9 de la surface consiste \u00e0 y d\u00e9poser une passe de soudure. Si des impuret\u00e9s restent sur le fer, la soudure sera poreuse. Vous pouvez r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le processus jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la porosit\u00e9 ne soit plus pr\u00e9sente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le casting\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La principale raison pour contr\u00f4ler la chaleur est la dilatation thermique. Le pr\u00e9chauffage minimise le gradient thermique entre le corps de coul\u00e9e et le HZ, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la contrainte de traction provoqu\u00e9e par le soudage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez une technique de soudage adapt\u00e9e\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choisissez la technique de soudage la plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019alliage de fer. Les trois proc\u00e9d\u00e9s les plus courants sont le soudage au b\u00e2ton, l&#039;oxyac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne et le soudobrasage, le soudage au b\u00e2ton \u00e9tant le plus populaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avec le soudage \u00e0 la baguette, trois \u00e9lectrodes d&#039;apport primaires fonctionnent pour la fonte : alliage de cuivre, fonte recouverte et alliage de nickel. Les \u00e9lectrodes en alliage de nickel sont tr\u00e8s populaires pour la fonte car la soudure nickel-fer est plus solide et pr\u00e9sente un coefficient de dilatation thermique plus faible, r\u00e9duisant les contraintes et augmentant la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fissuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dirigez l\u2019arc \u00e9lectrique vers le bain de soudure plut\u00f4t que vers le m\u00e9tal de base. Cela minimise la dilution. Utilisez le r\u00e9glage de courant le plus bas approuv\u00e9 par le fabricant pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress thermique. Pr\u00e9chauffez les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 au moins 250 \u00b0F avant de les souder avec du cuivre, de la fonte ou des \u00e9lectrodes. Aucun pr\u00e9chauffage n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire avec les \u00e9lectrodes en nickel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment souder de l\u2019acier moul\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 souder l\u2019acier moul\u00e9 est moins difficile que la fonte. En effet, l&#039;acier moul\u00e9 est un acier au carbone ou alli\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fondu et moul\u00e9 dans une forme sp\u00e9cifique. Cependant, m\u00eame si l\u2019acier moul\u00e9 poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s similaires \u00e0 l\u2019acier lamin\u00e9, certaines diff\u00e9rences rendent son soudage plus difficile.<br>Bien que vous puissiez souder de l&#039;acier moul\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;aide des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s MIG ou TIG, de nombreux experts en soudage recommandent le soudage \u00e0 la baguette avec des tiges E7018 pour les alliages \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone et des tiges en acier inoxydable pour les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es difficiles \u00e0 souder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au soudage de l\u2019acier moul\u00e9 est d\u2019\u00e9viter la d\u00e9formation. Voici quelques suggestions pour vous aider\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e\u00a0: les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es peuvent avoir des formes irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res, avec des zones plus fines chauffant plus rapidement. Concentrez la chaleur sur les r\u00e9gions les plus \u00e9paisses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pointez fr\u00e9quemment les points de soudure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9glez sur l&#039;amp\u00e9rage le plus bas qui produira une soudure suffisamment solide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisez la vitesse de d\u00e9placement la plus rapide possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisez moins de passes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ralentissez le temps de recharge en l&#039;enveloppant dans des couvertures de soudage ou en l&#039;enterrant dans le sable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelques conseils suppl\u00e9mentaires pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 souder l&#039;acier moul\u00e9 :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nettoyer les bords \u00e0 souder jusqu&#039;au m\u00e9tal nu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez l&#039;acier moul\u00e9 s&#039;il contient plus de 0,40% de carbone ou s&#039;il s&#039;agit d&#039;un acier faiblement alli\u00e9. Le pr\u00e9chauffage \u00e0 250 \u00b0F emp\u00eache l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la soudure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous soudez dans un environnement froid, pr\u00e9chauffez les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone \u00e0 75\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous r\u00e9parez une fissure, percez les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s (1\/8\u2033) et retirez la fissure
