Comment les r\u00e9soudre ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-technical-difficulties-of-high-temperature-triple-butterfly-valve-include-the-following-aspects\"><strong>Les difficult\u00e9s techniques de la vanne papillon triple haute temp\u00e9rature comprennent les aspects suivants\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Bien que la difficult\u00e9 de conception et de traitement ait augment\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, son utilisation dans un tel environnement de travail est fiable.<\/li><li>(2) S\u00e9lection de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures : un environnement de 800 \u2103 \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 placer la vanne dans un four de fabrication d&#039;acier. Afin de rendre la vanne normalement \u00e9tanche, la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux est un probl\u00e8me difficile, en particulier la garniture, le joint et d&#039;autres mat\u00e9riaux non m\u00e9talliques.<\/li><li>(3) La fabrication de moules est la partie la plus difficile de l\u2019ensemble du processus de fabrication. En raison du gros calibre, les exigences en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9quipement de production sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/li><li>(4) Traitement, soudage et \u00e9quipement : les dimensions de la vanne papillon triple offset haute temp\u00e9rature DN1800 sont grandes. Le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur du corps de vanne est de 2 250 mm, la hauteur totale du corps de vanne est de 3 820 mm et le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de la bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est de 1 722 mm. Il est difficile de traiter des vannes de grand diam\u00e8tre, la pr\u00e9cision du moule de fabrication est donc requise. La technologie de surfa\u00e7age de la surface d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est complexe et difficile \u00e0 souder. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 des machines de haute pr\u00e9cision et des techniciens sup\u00e9rieurs, ainsi que des experts externes pour r\u00e9soudre toutes sortes de probl\u00e8mes de soudage et de traitement, et avons m\u00eame emprunt\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements de traitement de grand diam\u00e8tre au chantier naval pour terminer l&#039;assemblage et la mise en pression des vannes.
