La structure du robinet de sectionnement et du robinet-vanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarques pour le choix du type en cas d&#039;espace d&#039;installation limit\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robinet-vanne peut compter sur le fluide appuyant fermement sur la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir une absence de fuite. Cependant, la bobine gratte constamment la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du si\u00e8ge, ce qui use facilement la surface. Il s&#039;agit donc d&#039;un processus qui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser du travail, mais qui prend n\u00e9anmoins du temps, car la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e9loign\u00e9e a besoin de temps pour que la cale atteigne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-the-installation-and-the-flow-direction-of-block-valve-and-gate-valve\">4. L&#039;installation et le sens d&#039;\u00e9coulement du robinet d&#039;arr\u00eat et du robinet-vanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne de sectionnement est une vanne zigzag avec une entr\u00e9e basse et une sortie haute. Alors que le robinet-vanne est horizontal avec une course plus longue que celle du robinet-vanne de sectionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit, le robinet-vanne est plus petit que celui du robinet de sectionnement \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat compl\u00e8tement ouvert. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement d&#039;un robinet-vanne commun est d&#039;environ 0,08 \u00e0 0,12, ce qui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser du travail avec deux sens d&#039;\u00e9coulement. Le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit d&#039;un robinet d&#039;arr\u00eat commun est 3 \u00e0 5 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du robinet-vanne, d\u00e9connect\u00e9 par la force pour obtenir une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Ce n&#039;est que lorsque la vanne de sectionnement est compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e que le tiroir entre en contact avec la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, ce qui minimise l&#039;usure. La vanne de bloc ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;actionneur doit ajuster son m\u00e9canisme de contr\u00f4le de couple pour la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne de sectionnement peut \u00eatre install\u00e9e de deux mani\u00e8res. L\u2019une est l\u2019entr\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieure de la bobine. Ses avantages sont un arr\u00eat du soulagement de la garniture pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie de la garniture et une garniture rempla\u00e7able dans le cas d&#039;une canalisation sous pression. L&#039;inconv\u00e9nient r\u00e9side dans le couple d&#039;entra\u00eenement important, qui correspond presque au m\u00eame temps que l&#039;afflux sup\u00e9rieur, et dans la force axiale importante, qui plie facilement la tige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, cette m\u00e9thode ne s\u2019applique qu\u2019aux vannes de sectionnement de petit diam\u00e8tre (DN50 ci-dessous). Pour ceux de DN200 ou sup\u00e9rieur, le mode d&#039;installation sera l&#039;entr\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure du tiroir. (Il en va de m\u00eame pour les vannes de blocage \u00e9lectriques.) Les d\u00e9fauts de la voie sup\u00e9rieure sont exactement \u00e0 l&#039;oppos\u00e9 de la voie inf\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-the-sealing-of-block-valve-and-gate-valve\">5. L&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du robinet de sectionnement et du robinet-vanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du robinet de sectionnement est un petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 trap\u00e9zo\u00efdal du tiroir. (Sa forme d\u00e9pend de celle de la bobine.) Une fois la bobine tomb\u00e9e, cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 l&#039;arr\u00eat. (Dans le cas d&#039;une diff\u00e9rence de pression importante, bien s\u00fbr, il n&#039;est pas \u00e9tanche, mais il peut maintenir l&#039;inverse.)
