Chaque type de vanne est diff\u00e9rent en termes d\u2019apparence, de structure et m\u00eame de fonction. Mais le robinet \u00e0 soupape et le robinet-vanne ont une apparence similaire et tous deux ont pour fonction de couper le pipeline. Le coefficient de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement d&#039;un robinet-vanne ordinaire est d&#039;environ 0,08 ~ 0,12, la force d&#039;ouverture et de fermeture est faible et le fluide peut s&#039;\u00e9couler dans deux directions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne d&#039;arr\u00eat est \u00e0 entr\u00e9e basse et \u00e0 sortie haute. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019apparence, il est \u00e9vident que le pipeline n\u2019est pas sur la m\u00eame ligne horizontale de phase. L&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de vanne du robinet \u00e0 soupape entre en contact avec la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 uniquement lorsqu&#039;il est compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9, de sorte que l&#039;usure de la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s faible. La force axiale sur la tige de valve est importante et la tige de valve est facile \u00e0 plier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, cette m\u00e9thode n&#039;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement applicable qu&#039;aux vannes \u00e0 soupape de petit calibre (inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 DN50), et les vannes \u00e0 soupape au-dessus de DN200 adoptent la voie du fluide entrant par le haut.
