Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique adopte une structure flottante, le noyau sph\u00e9rique est moul\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision, la surface ext\u00e9rieure est plaqu\u00e9e de chrome dur, le si\u00e8ge de soupape est en polyt\u00e9trafluoro\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne renforc\u00e9, l&#039;orifice d&#039;\u00e9coulement est le m\u00eame que le diam\u00e8tre du tuyau et la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9coulement est excellent, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement est tr\u00e8s faible et il n&#039;y a pas de fuite lorsqu&#039;elle est ferm\u00e9e, elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e comme vanne tout ou rien, particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux supports \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9, fibreux et granulaires\u00a0; le robinet \u00e0 bille en V adopte une structure fixe, le noyau \u00e0 bille porte un V. La caract\u00e9ristique de d\u00e9bit est un pourcentage \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-applications-of-ball-valves\">Applications des robinets \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique est largement utilis\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me d&#039;irrigation, principalement utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e du tuyau de d\u00e9rivation. Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique est de structure simple, de petit volume et de faible r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau. L&#039;inconv\u00e9nient est qu&#039;il peut s&#039;ouvrir ou se fermer trop rapidement, ce qui entra\u00eene des coups de b\u00e9lier dans la canalisation (la pression augmente lorsque la vitesse d&#039;\u00e9coulement de l&#039;eau dans la canalisation change brusquement). Par cons\u00e9quent, le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur le tuyau principal. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour rincer le tuyau principal, le tuyau de d\u00e9rivation ou l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du tuyau principal. L&#039;effet de rin\u00e7age et de drainage est bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements de traitement, l&#039;actionneur pneumatique ou \u00e9lectrique peut \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour former respectivement le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique pneumatique et le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique. Si le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique pneumatique doit obtenir un r\u00e9glage proportionnel, il doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#039;un positionneur de vanne.
