Aujourd&#039;hui, nous pr\u00e9senterons les solutions pour r\u00e9soudre les d\u00e9fauts du robinet-vanne en acier moul\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois d\u00e9fauts courants du robinet-vanne en acier moul\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solus comme suit\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-crack-of-the-cast-steel-gate-valve\">1. Fissure du robinet-vanne en fonte d&#039;acier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fissuration (ou d\u00e9formation du fond) des robinets-vannes en acier moul\u00e9 appara\u00eet principalement dans les produits \u00e0 structure \u00e0 plaques parall\u00e8les Z944\/Z964. Cela se produit lorsque le bas de la plaque de vanne du robinet-vanne en acier moul\u00e9 touche directement le corps de la vanne. Fissure sur la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du robinet-vanne en acier moul\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fissures sur la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 se produisent principalement dans les vannes en acier moul\u00e9 en acier alli\u00e9, qui sont souvent caus\u00e9es par des processus d\u00e9raisonnables. L\u2019\u00e9tat froid les fera r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir et devenir plus petits, ce qui entra\u00eenera un coincement du portail. Si les deux \u00e9tats ci-dessus sont accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019une \u00ab force de fermeture \u00bb serr\u00e9e.
