Cependant, au cours du processus d&#039;utilisation, certains probl\u00e8mes affectent \u00e9galement le personnel d&#039;installation et de d\u00e9bogage sur site, \u00e0 savoir le probl\u00e8me des fuites internes de la vanne. Nous discuterons ici des causes courantes de fuites internes et des solutions des robinets \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectriques en acier forg\u00e9, dans l&#039;espoir d&#039;aider le personnel de maintenance sur site de l&#039;usine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-inaccurate-zero-position-setting-of-the-electric-forged-steel-ball-valve-actuator\"><strong>\u2160. Le r\u00e9glage inexact de la position z\u00e9ro de l&#039;actionneur \u00e9lectrique du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique en acier forg\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thode de r\u00e9glage\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Fermez manuellement la vanne (il faut confirmer qu&#039;elle est compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e) ;<\/li><li>2. Fermez \u00e0 nouveau manuellement la vanne avec un peu de force, selon le cas\u00a0;<\/li><li>3. Revissez-le (dans le sens de l&#039;ouverture de la vanne) d&#039;un demi-tour ;<\/li><li>4. Ajustez ensuite la limite\u00a0;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2161. S\u00e9lection du mode de course du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne s&#039;ouvre et se ferme en tournant \u00e0 90\u00b0. Le couple de l&#039;actionneur n&#039;est pas assez important, il est donc facile d&#039;atteindre la position compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e lors de la mise en service sans pression. Lorsqu\u2019il y a une force de rotation, elle ne peut pas vaincre la pouss\u00e9e pouss\u00e9e par le liquide, donc la fermeture n\u2019est pas en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solution\u00a0:\u00a0remplacez l&#039;actionneur \u00e0 forte pouss\u00e9e ou remplacez-le par une bobine \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire la force d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e du fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2162. Fuite interne caus\u00e9e par la qualit\u00e9 de fabrication du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fabricants de vannes en acier forg\u00e9 ne contr\u00f4lent pas strictement le mat\u00e9riau des vannes, la technologie de traitement, la technologie d&#039;assemblage, etc. dans le processus de production, ce qui entra\u00eene un meulage de la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 non qualifi\u00e9, et les produits pr\u00e9sentant des d\u00e9fauts tels que les piq\u00fbres et le trachome ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement \u00e9limin\u00e9s, ce qui entra\u00eene l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique en acier forg\u00e9. fuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solution : Retravailler la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2163. Fuite interne caus\u00e9e par des probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9bogage du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Affect\u00e9 par le processus de traitement et d&#039;assemblage, le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne selon lequel le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9 ne peut pas \u00eatre ouvert \u00e9lectriquement apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9 manuellement. Un r\u00e9glage plus grand de la course du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique en acier forg\u00e9 entra\u00eenera l&#039;action de protection du commutateur de surcouple. Si la valeur d&#039;action du commutateur de surcouple est ajust\u00e9e pour \u00eatre plus grande, il y aura des accidents tels que heurter le m\u00e9canisme de transmission de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration ou heurter la valve, ou m\u00eame br\u00fbler le moteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, vous pouvez secouer manuellement la vanne de commande \u00e9lectrique jusqu&#039;au bout lors du d\u00e9bogage de la vanne de commande \u00e9lectrique, puis la secouer jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la position de fin de course inf\u00e9rieure de la porte \u00e9lectrique fixe dans le sens d&#039;ouverture, puis ouvrir le forg\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique en acier en position compl\u00e8tement ouverte pour d\u00e9finir l&#039;emplacement du fin de course sup\u00e9rieur.
