Une fois que l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 entre dans le cylindre, il pousse le piston \u00e0 tourner, puis entra\u00eene l&#039;ouverture et la fermeture du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e0 travers l&#039;arbre de liaison, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser la fonction de coupure et d&#039;ajustement du fluide. La vitesse de l&#039;actionneur pneumatique est relativement rapide et les travailleurs n&#039;ont pas besoin de le faire eux-m\u00eames, ce qui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser du temps et des co\u00fbts de main-d&#039;\u0153uvre dans une large mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique pneumatique est une \u00e9volution de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/products\/globe-valve-check-valve\/\">clapet anti-retour<\/a>. Il a la m\u00eame action de levage avec rotation \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s. La diff\u00e9rence est que le corps du bouchon est une sph\u00e8re avec un trou ou un passage circulaire traversant son axe. Le rapport entre la sph\u00e8re et l&#039;orifice du canal doit \u00eatre tel que lorsque la sph\u00e8re tourne de 90 degr\u00e9s, la sph\u00e8re doit appara\u00eetre \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la sortie, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 couper le d\u00e9bit. Ce type de vanne peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel endroit du pipeline. La cavit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure compl\u00e8tement \u00e9gale du corps de la vanne offre une faible r\u00e9sistance et un passage droit pour le fluide. On pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique est le plus appropri\u00e9 pour une ouverture et une fermeture directe. Cependant, lors de d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9cents, les robinets \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour l&#039;\u00e9tranglement et le contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forme fonctionnelle du cylindre\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fonction unique se r\u00e9f\u00e8re ici au cylindre avec rappel par ressort. Lorsque l&#039;air et l&#039;alimentation sont coup\u00e9s, la vanne est r\u00e9initialis\u00e9e par le ressort dans le cylindre pour fermer ou ouvrir la vanne. La surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et la surface sph\u00e9rique sont souvent \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat ferm\u00e9 et il n&#039;est pas facile d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e9rod\u00e9es par le milieu, elles sont donc largement utilis\u00e9es dans diverses industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique pneumatique et le robinet \u00e0 boisseau sont le m\u00eame type de vanne. Seule sa partie de fermeture est une bille qui tourne autour de la ligne centrale du corps de la vanne pour ouvrir et fermer la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique
